I asked for a chocolate milk shake to be made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup and she put water instead of milk in the blender.. The drink was so runny and disgusting looking, I honestly don't know how anyone with common sense couldn't see how pathetic of a job they did and actually serve that to someone. Their employees need better training.

Good if you want to wait for your pickup order to be made until after every person waiting in line in the store gets theirs made first (which usually takes about 20 minutes)! Almost like the point of picking up is to avoid waiting in line?? Maybe stop accepting pickups if you don’t care for the customers ordering them. Management seems extremely incompetent/nonexistent.

They really really messed up on my Son's birthday cake. We pre-ordered cake( paid for it) and when we went to pickup before by party they said to come back later as it was not ready. For real? It is not like party can wait because cake is not ready. Never never coming back to this location again

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday online and I arrived and hour later than my pick up time and it still wasn't ready. He told me to come back in 30 minutes and when I got the cake is was melting and the writing was very sloppy. I have ordered a few cakes from cold stone before and it's usually very professional looking. I gave it 2 stars because it still taste good but quality not so good.

Not from this part of Ohio, but we wanted some ice cream. Cold stone creamery has been my favorite for a while now but this location I dunno bout it. Ordered my wife an over the rain dow in a like it plain waffle bowl, the gentlemen didn’t quiet listen that I wanted a regular and proceeded to put it in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl, really not such a big deal buttttt when I got back to the hotel room and she started eating her ice cream which doesn’t contain butterfinger candy at all has butterfinger through the whole thing. Thankfully she grew out of her peanut allergy or we would be making a trip to the er!!!! My thing is please start listening to your customers.

Unprofessional staff. Very slow and unpleasant people sitting on the counter where the food is prepared. Never coming here again.

Ordered 3 days ahead and paid $35 for this. It's only a 5 minute drive from the store to my house so it didn't melt on the way home. We'll just make our own ice cream cakes from now on. It's not hard as long as you make it a day in advance, and way cheaper. Service was good, with pleasant employees. Otherwise, this would be 1 star.

It's 929pm, and my party of 3, plus two other small groups, found the doors locked with about 5 guests inside. No line, 2 workers, high school age gals. I get closing a few minutes early but over a half hour? Anyway, cold stone is great, sure it WOULD HAVE been great, but come on....

I went there with 3 kids ,one of the employees talking on the phone skip us in line took the customer behind us other employee took care of us I order pineapple smoothie for me, it tasted like very sweet caramelI asked the kid that made it what did he put in the smoothie the girl in the back says we’re not allowed to do refunds anymore I told her that I wasn’t asking for the refund I am asking, what did he put in my smoothie because does not taste like pineapple and mango she respond it depends on wish employee makes it so hit or miss very pour customer service

They close at 9.30 on sunday but I tried to buy a cake at 9.15 but the shut the door and said “we are closed “So if you are planning to go there better call them n check what time they gonna close.

Shop was out of character today. Service was subpar and ice cream was out of stock for several flavors
