It's 929pm, and my party of 3, plus two other small groups, found the doors locked with about 5 guests inside. No line, 2 workers, high school age gals. I get closing a few minutes early but over a half hour? Anyway, cold stone is great, sure it WOULD HAVE been great, but come on....

I went there with 3 kids ,one of the employees talking on the phone skip us in line took the customer behind us other employee took care of us I order pineapple smoothie for me, it tasted like very sweet caramelI asked the kid that made it what did he put in the smoothie the girl in the back says we’re not allowed to do refunds anymore I told her that I wasn’t asking for the refund I am asking, what did he put in my smoothie because does not taste like pineapple and mango she respond it depends on wish employee makes it so hit or miss very pour customer service

This location is much better than the UD Dayton location. No issues here vs this one. People here actually seem to care about their job and if there's people in front of me I don't have to wait 30+ minutes just to be overcharged for half a cup of ice cream and the person at the counter to get my number wrong after I've given it to them twice.In short the other coldstone sucks. This one is always great.That is all

I was recently here and two employees helped me. One was very nice and quick while the other had only given me half of the order that I had asked for. When I asked about the other order he said that he would be getting it now but then continued to play in the cleaning water and help other guests instead. I had already paid for my order and was just waiting on the one ice cream that I hadn't received. When he finally gave it to me it was so messy and half melted. I'm not sure if I have seen anyone care less about a job.

Ordered through DoorDash. They did not make any part of the order right. Ordered a reeses peanut butter with awesome sauce and the description says it was supposed to be made with sweet cream and I got chocolate instead which I can’t eat chocolate. Wife ordered the Oreo overload that was supposed to be made with Oreo cream but instead got sweet cream. Absolutely awful and ruined a good nightEdit: changed to 3 stars as the staff at the store was more than willing to correct their error despite DoorDash not helping

Good ice cream but EXTREMELY slow service every time I come here next time I’m going to another location. There no reason why I should stand in line 30 minutes or more for ice cream I got here at 6:00 and it’s 6:44 im still standing in line starting to become frustrated

We stopped in here after dinner the other day. The young man in this photo was extremely helpful and very friendly. He also helped my kid pick out a new flavor and let him test a couple out first. This day in age it's hard to find people who are actually customer focused. It's nice to see that Cold Stone Creamery doesn't have that issue. Thanks again for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Delightful customer service! Abby helped me and my niece and nephew with our order, and was so positive and kind. The ice cream obviously was great, but our experience was even better. We sat outside at the patio tables now that the weather is good. Thanks again, Abby!

Ordered an ice cream cake a few days before my birthday party. I asked in the instructions for my name with a heart around it. The cake came out looking sad compared to the photos online. I'm aware the product photos are faked but it looks like it was thrown together last minute despite me ordering ahead, the cookie dough is spaced out unevenly and the heart they put on the cake doesn't even look like a heart. I gave it two stars because the cake itself was good but the fact that I payed ahead AND tipped on the order and that was what I recieved. Just very disappointed

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 shakes with whipped cream and a 6 piece reeses cup cakes via doorsash. Didn't receive the cakes, shakes had no whip as requested, no drizzle, was thin as water. Besides all that, one would think precautions would be taken for germ spread.. maybe a sticky label over the quarter size hole in the dome lid? I saw these drinks in the lap of the DD passenger, directly under his face. Wouldn't drink either one if the had even looked appealing.
