Cousin Vinny's Pizza

I am giving five stars to support business but my last order disappointed me. I know you guys can make better. I would be glad if I get one ranch too after paying 22$ for small size chicken pizza

Made an awesome pizza with tons of customizations, pretty late in the night too. Cousin Vinnies has been a stable since childhood and they prove themselves everytime

Just ordered from there and they had messed up OUR order but declared 3/4 of the pizza back after it had already been bitten into and divided amongst multiple people. Paying +$2 for a different sauce on our pizza and not getting it is insane. No discount, coupon, refund or anything. I'm not trying to be entitled in anyway shape or form, I've worked at many pizza joints and this is ridiculous and unfair. Most places would just send another pizza out because it was their own fault. It's a loss of product either way from your own hands.

Well the food was good but this is 2nd time they have double charged me and when you call or try to figure it out, Malibus most wanted wants to act like huber is south Chicago.

The management at this location is horrible. I ordered a delivery and after eating half of my hoagie I realized there were THREE pieces of BLACK hair in my sandwich. I decided to call to get a refund or replacement order, and first someone answered the phone and put me on hold to speak with a manager. The “manager” I spoke with then transferred me to there actual manager who was extremely rude. I explained to him my concerns about my experience and food service. He then told me I needed to have to entire sandwich to get a replacement. I explained I had already ate half of the sandwich before realizing there was hair in my food. He told me there was nothing he could do and slammed the phone and hung up. Never said sorry about the inconveniences or anything. I am very disappointed with my order.

Love Vinnies pizza wings the hole menu I ?. So we order the calzones a new menu item. Tried it tonight!! And let me tell you. Another HIT!!!??LOOK I DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!! Anyone talking BS about this place is trying to keep it to themselves. FACTS!!! I don’t blame them but no not on my shift. I want everyone to experience this food. Not to mention delivery time is extremely quick!!!

I've ordered from this location for over 14 years never have I dealt with them taking my order back to the store an only waited 5 mins for me to respond mind you it's a storm going on receptions bad not just that my daughter an son sat in the window watching for them to pull up noone ever sat in front of my house at all an the manager on duty was very rude never have I been disrespected the way I was today very upset

Only complaint is I felt it could have been baked a little longer. Flavor is delicious though!

This Huber heights location is very dirty. Workers uniforms are dirty and they have the nerve to be rude and nasty. The food is greasy garbage ?️ cross contamination made me sick. Do not eat this nasty ? garbage or you’ll be sick.

Usually never have issues with this store and food is always good, until now, placed an order and they said they delivered it and everything to somebody from my exact apartment, but here we are no food received from them, and when called they weren’t helpful at all, and looked at the receipt and my signature was a scribal? Huge red flag there, Terrible way for the store to handle it, not satisfied at all, won’t be ordering from here anymore

Pizza has good taste, but they always mess up my order, so double check your pizza before leaving. As they don’t care if you need to drive back to get the right pizza you order. They wouldn’t make it right by me since I had to drive again to the location.
