The crust was so much better than what I remember from years ago. & it came quicker than promised.

Today was my first time ordering from Cousin Vinny’s and i will DEFINITELY be coming back! The man with the tattoos was so friendly along with the brown girl! My food was delicious and made perfectly! If I could rate higher, I would! 10/10

The service is absolute garbage and we ordered pizza and she had an attitude (the woman on the phone(Jennifer) and she just kept pushing us off saying they were short staffed. It was 2 am at this point and we ordered at midnight. One single pizza and a drink.

I would never order at this place again. Then we saw the bad reviews and realized this is a pattern at this pathetic restaurant. If you called she slapped the phone on hold.

We had to call another store to even get a refund because we didn’t want to be the cold pizza people in the reviews. She was nasty during the refund process saying her driver was close by and honey, we didn’t care at that point. It was past 2 am and after the rudeness. No thanks.

Terrible customer service, I ordered our food around two and it’s 3:33am still haven’t received my food and I’m sure if and when I do it’s going to be cold, pointless to eat and a waste of money!!!🚮.

I put a order in like an hour & half ago and they never showed up when I called they put me on hold several times than hung up

I love the Siebenthaler store. Jennifer is awesome! She is caring and gives excellent customer service and our food is always delicious when she prepares it. If you love a good pizza and a great price, please support her store!

I like it

Called in for a pickup around 11pm tonight. Bobby took my order over the phone. I am going out of my way to leave this review, because of how pleasant he was while taking my order. Good customer service is hard to find, but this dude is kind, made sure my order was correct, and had a smile on his face when I arrived. Give this man a raise.

Terrible service

I ordered at 12:30 am. I get a email pizza left for delivery at 1:43 am. I didn’t get cold pizza until 2:40 am. I think the driver just joy rides or something. This location I won’t order from again.

This place hire too many people who can’t follow directions. Please do better
