Manger very rude on hold right now because she didn’t want to tell me the specials and when asked for corporate she said she doesn’t have that information very rude service

Called in for a pickup around 11pm tonight. Bobby took my order over the phone. I am going out of my way to leave this review, because of how pleasant he was while taking my order. Good customer service is hard to find, but this dude is kind, made sure my order was correct, and had a smile on his face when I arrived. Give this man a raise.

Terrible service

I ordered at 12:30 am. I get a email pizza left for delivery at 1:43 am. I didn’t get cold pizza until 2:40 am. I think the driver just joy rides or something. This location I won’t order from again.

This place hire too many people who can’t follow directions. Please do better

After 1am even if an order was placed they won’t deliver it or answer phone after 2am

We had to go pick it up but it was worth it. It was hot and delicious!

Only one person working, still got food out timely.

DONT USE UR CARD AT THIS STORE

So I placed a order an wanted to pay half on my card an rest in cash well I gave the person on the phone my card number he ran it & it took the money off on my end but the man said it didn't so when the delivery driver got here i showed him on my bank app that the money was taken he said well the store saying thaf it wasn't SO I STILL HAD TO PAY INFULL AND I've talked TO 3 different people including a manager & have been told 3 different things & yet my money still isn't on my card. Oh and let me not forget that after i gave the man my my number not even 45mins later it i started to get notifications that someone was trying to add money to Apple pay & Noone ik has iphone/Apple

Never bring my food while we waiting for 3 hours and took my money and refused refund my money! Yall want add charge since I haven’t get it. Ignore my call smh.

Edit… I never got in contact with the corporate office… I went to the store today to try to resolve the issue… Darren got me together BIG TIME… He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to get my order right…!

(Original Post… I ordered $45 worth of food for delivery… I called after an hour to see about the order… it was supposedly on the way… 2 hours later, I still have no food, My credit card is still being charged, and now they are closed and not answering the phone… I just wanted to feed my babies on the late night… )
