Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Nearly empty restaurant and the hostess got our drinks and we waited and waited and 2 couples came in after us they ordered, ate paid and left. We on the other hand finally got our food and we returned my husbands food immediately the ham had black char all over, the sausage was black and uncutable , he asked for over easy eggs and they were well done, French toast was cold, butter never melted. We had to remind them twice about his plain hash brown. Our waitress was not interested in the quality that she served. The kitchen needs training.

The hashbrown casserole tasting like a 7 11 pizza. Maybe they use the same microwaves?

I would like to say we had a wonderful experience.It started off well with a kind hostess sitting us.Followed by three waitresses bypassing us for ten minutes not taking our order.Even the hostess coming by us and talking to a waitress beside us .Again we were not served not even our drinks.We got up and left.

TERRIBLE... The table was so sticky, they sat us around 3 dirty tables that no one ever cared to clean the floors were gross and sticky. Our waitress was awful and rude. She had this walkie-talkie on full volume while trying to talk to us. The manager doesn't seem to care about anything.

Server was slow and a bit forgetful. I'm sure she was doing the best she could in a stressful position. Food tasted pretty good. Overall, it was a nice visit.

I came in and ordered a family meal. Darrien was patient and helpful. The food came out pretty fast and was excellent!

Everything about my experience was pleasant. Although, I do wish the syrup was more abundant. Sign up for the rewards if you haven't already. My breakfast was simple, pancakes, eggs and bacon. I didn't like the bacon but everyone else seemed to. Server was nice.

Me and the wife had breakfast and it was excellent. She had the blueberry pancakes and man those were crazy good!! I had the eggs and biscuit and gravy and that was so good. Service was great. The lady that took care had a great smile and very kind attitude. We will be back!!
