Awesome food and friendly service!
I love the pancakes most of all. I try the new shrimp and rice creole style, it was excellent with the cheesy bread. Service is always good.
😀Great food at a great price.
Just got home from this location. Recieved our food cold. My wife's was a little warmer. She started eating her food while waiting for the waitress to get back. After she came she sent the manager out without my asking. The manager was like broomhilda with her attitude. She actually had to ask what she could do for us? I said my wife is about done with her meal so I was not really wanting to have her wait on me to eat. My wife said to have my meal remade. After all was said and done with we received our bill. Not a dime taken off for the inconvenience. After we inquired about it we had to for the bill to be adjusted. Not much was adjusted. In the end we will never be returning to this location.

Came here for lunch and was totally disappointed with the food and service. Was told something I have been ordering for over 30 years is no longer available (country ham dinner plate). So I got something different. Our server was very slow and not really attentive. When my food got the table the butter for the biscuits was frozen so it couldn't be spread on the biscuits.

This restaurant has a serious management issue.. people waiting over an hour for food while some people wait minutes... waitresses that can't keep up with their tables (waited 20 minutes for a refill and didn't get one until AFTER our bill was, finally, brought to us).... told manager and was asked 'what can I do for you" well, fix your store would probably be the priority

Food was cold. My wife's order was completely wrong. It was 38 outside we figured the fire would be on but it wasn't. Just a bad experience this time

Had a not great experience. On google maps when we looked up the restaurant it said they closed at ten. Apparently they close at 9. We arrived and were seated around 8:20. We placed our orders and waited patiently for our food. But we’re dismayed when they brought our food and informed us they had no biscuits, cornbread, or any bread at all… we didn’t complain but the manager decided to come emphasize that they close at 9. Like it was our fault. Don’t seat people if you are closing your kitchen. Seems like common sense…

First, Shelby is a great employee. She came out, took my order after she discovered i had been standing there to place to go order. She did very thing to fix all the mistakes that occurred. I was there over 30 minutes, told the cashier I wanted to pay for my order since it would probably be ready soon. She couldn't find my order. Seems as though the server never put the order in. Shelby took care of it again. I asked if I could tip Shelby since I didn't see any reason to tip the server for NOT placing my order. I was told I couldn't tip Shelby on my card. I finally got my order. I did check it before I left. I ordered meatloaf, green beans and potatoes. Guess what was missing, the meatloaf. Obviously a little get even for not tipping her for not placing my order and tipping Shelby. Can't believe there was no meatloaf after they had to place my order again. Shelby had to get my order right again.i probably should have tipped her more than the 20.00 for all the time she had to spend getting my order done because the server couldn't get it right.
Also,
They need to be a little respectful when addressing people. We are not their sweeties,, honeys. Do they call the CEO honey? I would never be so condescending to one of my patients and call them sweetie or honey. This server is a little vindictive. Angry because I wouldn't leave a tip for NOT placing my order. Then had the meatloaf removed thinking I wouldn't check to see if the meatloaf was there.
Again, thank goodness Shelby was there to straighten things out several times.
The last 2 times the food wasn't
That good, the meatloaf was cool, the sweet carrots was half cooked and no sweet glazing on them. The shredded potatoes dish was cold also.
Sorry for this review
