Cool place for a night out with friends. A little cumbersome to order beer/wine at one bar, order food at another…and then cocktails at another bar. Acoustics at times upstairs are so loud you can’t have normal conversations without having to shout at times when they’re busy. Nice atmosphere and a good time. We like to have drinks here with friends and occasionally get the charcuterie to snack on which is always good too

I would go to Craft and Cured regularly when it was in Dayton. Was always impressed with the selection. This was my first time making it to the new location in Troy. The historical bank they chose is beautiful. Really put thought into the ambiance of the place. Whether your drink of choice is beer, wine or cocktails Craft and Cured has it covered. The charcuterie bar adds another element to the tasting experience. My wife and I started at the beer bar moved to the charcuterie bar and ended with a cocktail upstairs in the lounge area by the bourbon bar. I would highly recommend Craft and Cured. Andy and his crew gives every patron exceptional service.

Great atmosphere and selection. Bartenders were extremely knowledgeable and awesome. The only thing I did not like is that there were alot of baby’s and toddlers. This is more of a place I want to go to after work and enjoy some conversation and bourbon not be around a lot of kids. Other than that it was a great

I really like the atmosphere and all the boards. The addition of the bourbon bar was also great. However, the need to go to two different bars to order cocktails and wine/beer is painful. On a busy night, I spent 10-15 minutes going up then down then back up. The service is slower (as expected) for mixed drinks so it felt like most of my evening was spent running.
Every cocktail I've had here has been phenomenal Manhattan, Old-fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Bees knees... All delicious. I know the main focus is bourbon, but a bar this size that can't stock what it takes to make an amazing gin martini is disappointing. Their charcuteries are good with the exception of the dessert board. Most items seemed like things you would get at Sam's club or Costco... Very overpriced for what you get
