I come in here all the time and Sunday they’re not ever that busy around now so came down and they were all outside with friends taking a break…which was fine with me no other customers and they’re all young and I usually get good service but it sucked today and I hate to say that…threw a whole drink away…the guy was new but no one really said anything then I ordered pretzels and paid and then they’re like sry we r out have to refund u? just a bad day I’ll take it…hopefully b better next time?

I felt like I saw my grandma when I walked in. The cashier was sweet and made me feel like a kid getting a treat. I'm not young. It's hard to find people who have such good customers service.

This is the neighborhood's go to dessert spot. Those kids working there are doing a great job.
This used to be a great place. Last two times, however, I have felt like my presence is an annoyance to the workers, and my Blizzard has left much to be desired. The volume has been less, the mixing hasn’t been complete, and the bottom was all just plain ice cream on one account. I won’t be returning. There are two other DQs approximately another 10-15 minutes further away. It will be worth the drive for good service and food.

Never gets my order right always forgets orders yall needa work on it in not going to order from here anymore u guys are crazy for missing the most expensive items on ppl orders
Walking in and my daughter and I are reading the menu to figure what we want, an older gentleman asked us to order what we would like when we're ready in a pretty demanded inconvenience type of way, so we picked an item and he proceeded to tell us that's not what we want. Sorry sir but you need better manners and customer service skills. I ended up not ordering anything and my daughter got hers. Ice cream was good but the older gentleman was horrible and grumpy at the world it seemed.
