I felt like I saw my grandma when I walked in. The cashier was sweet and made me feel like a kid getting a treat. I'm not young. It's hard to find people who have such good customers service.
Walking in and my daughter and I are reading the menu to figure what we want, an older gentleman asked us to order what we would like when we're ready in a pretty demanded inconvenience type of way, so we picked an item and he proceeded to tell us that's not what we want. Sorry sir but you need better manners and customer service skills. I ended up not ordering anything and my daughter got hers. The workers here take time to make the orders right. They have humor, and it’s never over the top. They ask “how was your day?” Are are genuinely interested. I’ve been going here for years and I have seen different workers and they are very well trained. 10/10, will definitely be coming here again!
