This Dairy Queen is great. I like to get the choco brownie blizzard with extra brownies added in. Sometimes I will say that the blizzard isn't well mixed, so give it a good stir with your spoon to get the toppings well distributed... But the service is fast and the workers are on point!

Moraine, Ohio - The availability of specific menu items, including chocolate ice cream and butterscotch topping, has been inconsistent at this location. On a recent order, a banana and Oreo Blizzard was prepared with a noticeable lack of the specified toppings. This resulted in a disappointing experience, particularly given the customer's desire for a treat. It appears that service quality may vary between different locations.

I won't be returning to this location or the Miamisburg location for various reasons. I would travel 20-30 minutes to a better location. I've given you multi-tries with the same results. It appears nothing changes, why should I return back to crappy service.

Came here on Sunday evening at about 9:30, I witnessed one employee playing with his hair and wiping his nose with his bare hand, then he proceeded to handle two beverage cups or blizzards, did not wash his hands in between. They were in their dancing around and acting a fool the front window says due to low staff only the drive-thru is open. Welder inside dancing around hahaha. Also my blizzard only had stuff in the top portion of it, bottom half was just ice cream. I love Dairy queen, please do better.

It would be nice if they actually had a full DQ menu. Where are the chicken tender baskets? DQ's food is awesome! It would really be cool if this location sold all of it.
The unfriendliness of the staff really makes your your day suck, and Ice Cream is supposed to brighten up your day!

The girl working the drive-thru was incredibly rude. They also have chocolate ice cream at that location? An ice cream restaurant with no chocolate ice cream?…. What?! Bad experience, won’t be going there again.
