How do you run out of food!? I go to this location on Monday, 11-25-24 at 8:00 pm. First, it was raining really hard and was dark. As I am pulling into the drive-thru, a girl that works there was dressed all in black and was taking the trash out. I came so close to hitting her. She literally walked right out in front of me I ordered 2 hot dogs and a blizzard. She greets me with "go ahead!" Then says that they are "out of food" OUT OF FOOD. Never going there again!

I ordered a Lg Fluffnutter when I got it it was a disaster. At the window it was melted down the sides of the cup. Didn’t appear to be a large enough cup they put it in. I’m disappointed in the order.

The blizzard was terrible!! I do NOT recommend I recommend you guys go to united dairy farmers instead of this lets just say DISGUSTING place they truly annoyed me by just ugh, THE ATTITUDE ON THAT WOMAN, she didnt even flip the blizzard i wondered why and then when i checked it out i see its MELTED I REPEAT MELTED NEVER GO THERE

Very unprofessional people working I was at the front of the location trying to place the order they took one person order but she wouldn't have a certain race they didn't take your order made to get in the Drive-Thru line very unprofessional seen them tampering with food you guys need to uncover some of them signs you got covering up your workers so the public can see what they actually doing back there also tried to place additional order and I was told I couldn't even though I had coupons from you guys that you guys have sent me via the Internet and a person you had working the money to drive through window is very unprofessional and rude and ghetto capital a r i e l l e

Absolutely horrible service A milk shake at milk consistency and arguing to replace it... no thank you! No questions asked should of been replaced! 3 times in a row I've not been happy about the service in some way. The milkshake tops it.. I will never be back!

They do not have chocolate ice cream here. Second time I have been here and told we don’t have chocolate ice cream- how are you an ice cream shop? I will know not to come here again. Also, the young workers were being loud and dropping the F word and talking loudly about there lil arguments while the mature drive through window was helping us. So great customer service- not.
I had to post this cause it's never happened to me in my life (im in my 50's) at my favorite ice cream place in the world. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order for a medium blizzard and a small hot fudge shake. The person on the speaker didn't understand my order so I repeated. My wife and grown kids are in the car with me and heard what i ordered correctly. We got to the window and my blizzard was correct but the young lady at the window handed me a hot fudge sundae. I said excuse me young lady but this is supposed to be a hot fudge shake and I handed her the sundae. She closed the window and was gone shortly and came back and said, "he" said he repeated your order to you. I said yes and both times I said it was a shake. She handed me the sundae and said well he said you said sundae and closed the window. Lol. I couldn't believe it. I've never been not served what I ordered at DQ but instead of holding up the six cars behind me I decided it wasn't worth the argument. Smh
MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! HE KEPT SHUTTING WINDOW IN MY FACE AND WOULDN'T TAKE MY SECOND ORDER!

I had a hankering for a banana split and thought DQ had to have the best, unfortunately I was wrong. When I opened it right outside at the picnic table it was full of liquid. They used chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge it was one of the worst banana splits I have ever had. But I still had a good time because I was with my little guy.
