The unfriendliness of the staff really makes your your day suck, and Ice Cream is supposed to brighten up your day!

The girl working the drive-thru was incredibly rude. They also have chocolate ice cream at that location? An ice cream restaurant with no chocolate ice cream?…. What?! Bad experience, won’t be going there again.

They were so busy today but the service was so fast. Everything came out delicious and the staff was friendly and just on their game! Highly recommend

rude customer service and very unprofessional. little girl taking my order had a bad attitude and had no intentions of being helpful. sounds like she doesn’t know what goes into making popular menu items, very bad look for the company. 5/22 at 8:48 pm if that helps. i wont be going to this location as its the worst in the area.

I went through the drivethru and ordered a medium Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard® and they gave me one that wasn't mixed well, had hardly any graham cracker mixed in the ice cream and very little toppings in it. It also seemed like it was a small size, no lid, didnt turn it upside down which they never do here (i don't care about this part as I prefer it not as thick anyway and like it to melt some).
I had to park and get out (line was long at drivethru now) and walk over to the counter (with my injured ankle) to seek a refund or what I ordered. They remade it this time it was right and it was a real medium size not a small like before.

How do you run out of food!? I go to this location on Monday, 11-25-24 at 8:00 pm. First, it was raining really hard and was dark. As I am pulling into the drive-thru, a girl that works there was dressed all in black and was taking the trash out. I came so close to hitting her. She literally walked right out in front of me I ordered 2 hot dogs and a blizzard. She greets me with "go ahead!" Then says that they are "out of food" OUT OF FOOD. Never going there again!

I ordered a Lg Fluffnutter when I got it it was a disaster. At the window it was melted down the sides of the cup. Didn’t appear to be a large enough cup they put it in. I’m disappointed in the order.
The blizzard was terrible!! I do NOT recommend I recommend you guys go to united dairy farmers instead of this lets just say DISGUSTING place they truly annoyed me by just ugh, THE ATTITUDE ON THAT WOMAN, she didnt even flip the blizzard i wondered why and then when i checked it out i see its MELTED I REPEAT MELTED NEVER GO THERE

Very unprofessional people working I was at the front of the location trying to place the order they took one person order but she wouldn't have a certain race they didn't take your order made to get in the Drive-Thru line very unprofessional seen them tampering with food you guys need to uncover some of them signs you got covering up your workers so the public can see what they actually doing back there also tried to place additional order and I was told I couldn't even though I had coupons from you guys that you guys have sent me via the Internet and a person you had working the money to drive through window is very unprofessional and rude and ghetto capital a r i e l l e
