My 2 friends liked it but I didn't like how the calzones automatically came with ricotta cheese, the meal was 4/10 but it would have been 10/10 without. Also, the waiter kept refiling our drinks when we protested and had enough. And didn't bring us sauce when we kept asking for more. The second time I came here, they threw away my sauce instead of boxing it up, and it's way better with as leftovers.

We had incredible service when we went on Friday night! The team was excellent refilling drinks as well as taking away dirty dishes and boxing our food for us. The food came out fast and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Came here last night to pick up a to go pizza. Had to wait 20min past the pickup time in the carry out parking spot. Called to see what the hold up was and apparently my ticket had fallen behind the counter or something and no one knew to bring the pizza out to me. I was mildly annoyed til an employee came out with the pizza, gave a sincere apology and handed me a gift card twice the value of my pizza! I was blown away by the customer service comeback moment.
Every restaurant, even great ones make mistakes, I get it. But only great ones redeem themselves in those moments with top notch customer service.

New to Dayton and first-time trying Dewey’s and ended up ordering to the wrong location. Despite my mistake and the dinner rush Gabe provided excellent service and got my order out quickly!

I had a delicious calzone, but the pizzas were amazing as well. We got 17 inch pizzas and our 2 boys who normally split a single pizza couldn’t finish theirs. The service was exemplary and everyone was super friendly. We were a family of 7 and called ahead to make a reservation, but being a weeknight did not have to wait.

First time at Dewey's Pizza. This was a great experience. From the moment I entered I was treated very well. The manager took the time to explain the menu and answer any questions. I ordered a side ceasar salad and a pizza. The salad was really good and the portion size was large. I spent time to observe how customers coming in were treated and was very impressed! Definitely a great experience. Will come back for sure!

Our food was amazing and the service may have been more amazing than the food which both greatly exceeded expectations. I have been to other Dewey's locations as well and I have never had a bad experience. We had a brief 10 minute wait to be seated as we went during the peak lunch time. It seemed that everybody there was enjoying themselves and the food. I would absolutely recommend it.

We received top level service from an initial phone call to paying the check. We initially called to inquire about food allergies. They explained in detail how they handle it and that was the deciding factor in eating here. We have pn/tn allergies. They prepared our food in a cleaned area, told us that desserts are outsourced and that two salads had nuts. That worked for us. We built our own pizza and ordered a Porky Fig. Both were outstanding. The crust in particular was outstanding. Dewey’s reminded us of Pi Sci Pizza in Detroit which is one of our favorites. Very creative specialty pizza menu. Service and management were attentive to our dietary needs and able to answer all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and glad we chose Dewey’s.
