I brought my youth cheerleading team here for our annual team ice cream party. We came around 745 on a Wednesday evening with approximately 40 people. One bill had 23 athletes on it!! The employees were professional, fast, and super well mannered. They handled our giant group like pros and we will for sure be back!!
Was disappointed in my last few visit. Ordered a large arctic swirl a few days ago. When I received all the toppings were on the top, not even 1/3 of the cup had toppings mixed in. 2/3 was just vanilla ice cream. High prices for just eating vanilla ice cream. This has happened twice now that majority of the cup does not have toppings mixed correctly.

first this isnt the first time, super slow and they was out of stuff (chocolate and twist) which was posted ,so after waiting for our turn about 10 minutes, we told the kid we had 2 small orderes , 1st one 2 ice cream sandwiches and then we qent ro give second order and was cut off and told to pull up, we get to the window only to have the older lady (which is rude and nasty every single time we go here ) turn her back to us and then snap at the kid that took our 1st order.then...read full review
