I will never eat Domino's again I ate a medium Philly cheese steak pizza and ordered wings as well the wings tasted very very funny and I woke up a long way with my fiance and her Grandpa all sick because of their food they were rude when I went in there and it's just a huge turn off for Domino's from now on

Very very nice people but it's a shame that they have to protect themselves with a piece of plexiglass I hope you're paying them for $5 an hour more for watching out for their personal safety

$7.99 delivery charge for a 1.3 mile drive to my place is criminal.

Edit: Contacted them and was told they’d send a gift certificate but it never came. When I reached back out they ignored me. Second time this has happened. The owner does not care.

Ordered a small pacific veggie thin crust pizza and it was AMAZING!! Seriously the best pizza I've ever ordered from Dominos. The crust was crisp and there were tons of toppings. It was enough for me to eat 2-3 times cause of the amount of toppings. It was ready exactly when the app told me it would be (pick up in 10-13 minutes) and was still hot when I got it home.

The pizza is always good. However my wife did not like the new method for making the new york style cheese pizza. She thought it was very greasy. That being said, the staff remade the pizza to her liking, the way it was originally done. Overall we are satisfied customers and will be returning.

I ordered the phillycheese steak tator tots, and the first time I got them they were great but whoever was doing it this time tried too hard. They was a single layer of tator tots and they got burnt around the entire edges because they weren't completely covered with the toppings, they were all just thrown in the center. And i thought it was suppose to come with a ranch drizzle and it didnt.

Outsourced my call to a call center and after having my order confirmed and quoted 30 minutes, waited 50 minutes and never heard back from the store. Called again got sent through to the actual location and was told they didnt make my order because they don’t take cash after 8pm. Was just weird and wasted an hour of my time.

Everything is usually good but this time all our food was cold and cheese was congealed. The bread bowl pasta that my partner and I usually share was literally 1/3 the size as it usually is. Very disappointed in this experience, especially with an $8 delivery charge plus tip.

Online ordering is always unavailable at this location and I order from here often. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere. I just had this problem and got an excuse of trying to keep up with demand. As a full service restaurant that excuse is a scapegoat. I order here because it's close but you just lost my business. There have been no changes in your online system just excuses. Not to mention I always reward the drivers with generous tips although I have to pay a delivery fee. So disappointed and I worked open to close at a steak house and just wanted dinner. Take your business elsewhere because this is ridiculous.

We received half of our order on delivery. When we called to fix this we were told that we could come pick it up. ( drive to their store for a delivery they didn’t make? ) then when we questioned that… the guy hung up on us. Thinking surely this was a mishap, we call back and we were told that we probably got our order because she is the one that packs it! And, for that reason if we wanted a replacement we could drive to the store and get it. When I asked what planet are we on???? She hung up . #mainstdominosdayton

I made a delivery order and after more than 2 hours, my order had still not been delivered. I called the restaurant twice. The first time, I was told to call back in 15 minutes, which I did. The person who answered the second time told me that we were 22nd in line and our order would be delivered eventually. Our order showed up, ice cold, 2 hours and 20 minutes after we ordered and wrong. I felt bad for the driver who was a really sweet guy who really seemed worn out. At least let your customers know if you're short on drivers or have a delivery delay! Don't say it will be delivered in 35-45 minutes and then show up almost 2 and a half hours later! This was the first, and LAST time we will ever order from this place.

Not worth it. Tried the new stuffed crust, uh it’s thin like paper greasy as fried chicken will never order from here again. Will be ordering from bevercreek pizza next time. Terrible pizza I wish I could just get my money back. The driver was amazing!

Granted it was a late delivery, I didn't received a call or even had a chance to tip the delivery person since all I got was my money taken and no pizza. They made pretty good pizza here too, oh well. I apologize for working nights. Never ordering from here again.
