Zero stars. Waited outside at curbside then had to call in after twenty minutes. Stated the curbside system was down so they “had no way to tell if someone had arrived”. LMAO. Awful. 😢

I placed an order last friday May 2nd i order medium pizza 2- orders of hot wings and 1 order of chicken bites. When my husband went to meet the driver he told the driver we were missing a box and he was told to call the store. My husband came to our apartment and advised me of the leasing item i called the store and provided the male who answered the phone my order number name and delivery address and that i was missing something and immediately was told that he could offer gift certificate for free item( i asked if it could be used inline as i placed my order inline and paid the high $7.99 delivery) i was immediately told no. he then said he offer me to order again and come pick up at store. i let him know i didn’t drive so what is an acceptable option for me . he just sat on the phone silently. i have never had a dominoes not offer to rectify issue by offering to bring what was left and he was so rude . i asked for my money back and was rudely told no refunds .
I ordered the pizza and chicken when they arrived, the chicken looked good, but the pizza looked like it was delivered in a backpack. So I called, they remade and resent the order (well the pizza) second time. The pizza's the same way. Will not be ordering from here again, very dissatisfied

Order last night around 1:30 I had the 19.99 combo for an delivery, the driver arrived call but I was in restroom didn’t see got out called back phone went straight to voicemail called the store spoke with driver to inform I was calling about order he yelled at me stating that “ he’s not coming back and that he wasn’t getting out the car to knock because it was raining and he hung up the phone. I was in an bad accident so that’s why I had to get it delivered my wife drove me up there went inside spoke with supervisor he stated they drivers do knock have to knock or ring doorbells if customers don’t answer first ring I still paid for my order and I was overcharged he didn’t even read my ticket to see what I had was very rude.

We ordered food on 03/28/25. Let me tell you, whoever was working this needs needs their feet kissed. This by far was the best food we have ever received from this location and taste like it was made from the Gods themselves. Their food is always good, but this is was the tippy to my top.. Everything was perfectly cooked and they didn’t miss one gosh darn thang.
