Dude making the pizza was NOT wearing gloves. Saw him wipe his hands on his pants, and keep right on going. I'm well aware of the lack of sanitary practices in most places these days. I just never expected to see it. Good thing I've got a strong immune system.

This place has went downhill to the extreme! Alex in store hung up on me after I politely explained my order was messed up. Not the first, second, or third time. Being a manager you would think after somebody tells you “thank you”, you would respond with you’re welcome…. Nope instead I get hung up on due to the stores continuous mistakes! Also Spoke to the “owner” TJ, he was on such a high horse about owning the store and the reoccurring problems, that he down played his manager employees attitude and crappy customer service! Unprofessional by all means! & this was my go to place when ordering out despite the mistakes! Never Ever again! My driver was extremely nice though! Alex and “The owner” should take some notes from him :)
Order two specialty pizza both lite on toppings, the cheese steak pizza, i paid for extra steak still hardly had any and no green peppers, the meat pizza had less meat then a frozen jacks pizza. Try to patronize local business when i can but I won't be spending my money here again. Owner reached out to me immediately about my experience, as a patron find this refreshing and not very common these days.

Order from here just about everyday same order for my son and today I asked about the marinara sauce and he said as of today you will have to start paying for it when it clearly comes with the bread bites when you order it on line. Just lost me as a customer

We have been ordering from the siebenthaler location for many years, we pick up and the orders are always hot and ready. Dominos is the only place we order from now, we use to get Cassano’s but unfortunately their prices have gotten too high, and we now prefer Dominos. The place is clean and the staff is friendly! If you are hungry for pizza, sandwiches, wings and more I would recommend you give them a try ! Also the prices are reasonable.
The delivery driver was amazing. Loved him. Gave him a great tip. But the in store staff in the other hand? Rude and very inconsiderate. I called about an order that said delivered, but the driver was nowhere to be found. Called. Lady picked up. She said the driver was on top of the address. I said, "Hold on, let me check." And she hung up on me while i was checking. Guy wasn't there. I called again, and a guy answered, and he left me on hold for over 10 minutes before i went and hung up. We were on the way out the door to go directly to the store when the delivery driver finally showed up and explained what happened. We totally understood the situation, but that was a situation that i know the people inside the store were aware of. So there was absolutely no reason to be treated the way that i was. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
