I love Donatos, but I don’t know what has happened to this location in the last year or so. There is ALWAYS an issue when I go. On Saturday, I put an order in (for 4:15PM) for Founder’s Favorite, and 10 garlic wings- I actually put the order in at like 6AM.
When I get there.. my pizza wasn’t even made, and I was given someone else’s wings which were BBQ. I finally get the Founder’s Favorite made, and it doesn’t even look right, but I took it anyway because...read full review
Danny an unprofessional supervisor who said he doesn't give out his last name. I placed an order, my delivery was to be at my house by 7:25pm at 8:10 no delivery. I called to inquire, Danny was rude said he doesn't have time to hear my concern. I shared this was the 3rd time this has happen. He claim to want to resolve my concern but got even ruder, I ask to be refund he said drive up here and get it.
