My experience is always pleasant. The staff are very friendly and donuts are fresh! One time my glazed twist weren’t fresh I returned them and they were exchanged without any issue.
The last few times I’ve been here the donuts have been stale. They’re just not good and barely taste like donuts! I’ve come early in the morning after opening and later in the afternoon. Each time has been the same. I tried to give them a break for more than six months. Nothing has changed. The donuts used to be really good years ago. The 30 minute drive that I have to get there is no longer worth it. The ladies working there this last time were awesome. Especially Pam, I just wish the donuts would’ve been the same!

I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie and two donuts. The smoothie was made with concentrated fruit syrup and zero real fruit. It is 75% syrup and 25% ice. So sickly sweet. I can't even drink it. I took one bite of the tiger tail donut and it must be more than a day old. It's dry and tasteless. They could use an extra set of hands because the weight was long too. I was excited to find a morning stop in my new neighborhood and I will actually not be returning at all. Very disappointing.

The donuts are always fresh and delicious no matter what time of day you go in there and the staff friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming.
I came in twice in one week, and the hostess has remembered my name since. Now, this is my regular stop for coffee on my break. Excellent service.
Their espresso blend is also very nice. Its flavor has a nuttiness with a sweet blend of berry and chocolate that makes for a great white mocha latte.
Older white lady extremely rude, donuts tasted old and the floor and bathroom was not clean. First and last time there.
