I threw a birthday party for my mom here, renting out the church room. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you SO much to Amanda and Steve for helping us throughout the process! The bartenders took great care of us and provided amazing service, making us feel incredibly welcome. I would recommend the Dublin Pub to anyone booking a private event or even just coming in for a bite to eat. Food, drinks and the atmosphere were all 10/10. Thank you Dublin Pub for an amazing night!!

Casual and fun. Check it out
Came here after a show. They had bagpipers playing and it was so lively! The beer cheese was amazing. Definitely going back.
We were passing through Dayton and decided to try Dublin Pub. The atmosphere inside is really nice — great ambiance and a cool pub vibe.
When we walked in, the hostess asked if we had reservations, which felt a little unusual for a pub, especially since there were plenty of open tables. Service started off fine, but the timing of the food was off. My fish and chips came out by itself, and we had to ask about my wife’s dinner and our appetizer. The appetizer arrived after that, and her entrée came out later.
The appetizer was overly salty. My fish was a very generous portion, but the batter was a bit too doughy for my taste. My wife’s fish, however, was very good.
Overall, a nice setting with some food and service timing issues that could be improved.

We've been here before but it was many years ago. I've enjoyed their food when they set up at the Dublin Irish Festival every year so it was good to actually come into the pub again.
We came in for late afternoon on Valentine's Day. We were told we couldn't be seated without a reservation but could sit at the bar. No problem. Bartender was quick and attentive and we may have been served faster than had we been at a table.
They're most well know for their fries and it's an earned reputation. If you've never had them, get them today. We also ordered the prime rib slider appetizer. Perfectly cooked tender meat.
Lastly, any respectable Irish pub has to have a good Guinness. Theirs didn't disappoint. Nice clean dome with no dimples. The glass was nearly free of streaking. And the cream stuck to the glass all the way down while I sipped. Not too cold, perfect head. Maybe the best I've had in Ohio.
My only complaint- have a whiskey list. Or at least a list of bottles you know you always have. Especially if your Irish offerings.

This has an amazing ambience. Its warm and inviting. The service was off. My husband entree came before the appetizer and my meal. In fact, my husband had finished his meal and we finished the appetizer before my food ever came. We were waiting for my meal for a bit. As far as flavor, the appetizer was so salty that it was overwhelming. They did give very generous portions. Overall, we loved loved that warm, inviting ambiance!

Excellent food and service for a nice price. Very large portion on the fish and chips!
The food is good, but it depends on your tastes. We had a party of 6 and overall we liked what was served up. I had the salmon and beans and it was really good.
Now for the service, it was was spot on. Our server was great. He anticipated our every move and was waiting with our requests before we even knew we needed his service.
We will dine here again.

Ordered the shepherds pie. The Guinness sauce was a bit heavy but still good. Service did take some time to get noticed

Overall good food. Had the best cucumber salad, pretzels & Swiss meatballs. Our tenders were a little overcooked and tough.

I’ve celebrated many milestones at The Dub Pub! Always top notch service & the food is amazing! I had the tomato bisque soup & grilled cheese yesterday. Wow! It was taste bud blasting! If you have a hearty appetite I suggest the triple decker grilled cheese but you can also order a smaller version with just 2 pieces of toast! Also, the Ruben, fish & chips, pub fries, Sunday brunch…. I could go on & on. I’ve never had a bad plate! Oh, the drinks too! Have a shot of Jameson while you’re there!

My first time coming. I had the reuben and it was excellent with real sliced corned beef brisket. They also had live music playing as part of an open mic which was very nice. I will say parking was a little difficult though. This definitely felt like a pub and it seems to have a separate room for private parties
