For anyone confused about why there's none "made to go," (I'm looking at you Daniel) its because they are made when you order so that you can have a freshly made warm baked delight, I've never seen them be soggy or break apart easily. If you go, try the oreo one....or maybe it was called cookies n cream.....

First, there’s no back door and no parking in front, so you’re forced to park in back then walk down the drive thru lane of a neighboring restaurant to get to the front door. The service was great, staff super friendly. The bacon sandwich I ordered was nearly in edible. It was over microwaved so the English muffin was so chewy, I could not eat the sandwich. The coffee was meh…same as hotel lobby coffee. So disappointing.

The donuts are so light! The toppings were okay, especially the maple frosting. I actually wished I had gotten a simpler donut with fewer toppings because the donut itself was so good. There wasn’t enough of the bourbon caramel drizzle to really taste it which was disappointing. The apple topping had a bit of a chemical taste to it, wouldn’t get that again. Just rating the donuts themselves and how good their texture was, they get 5 stars.

tbh i have always hated cake donuts (except for red velvet) but omg these donuts changed my mind!! all duck donuts are freshly made to order!! these made me absolutely love cake donuts because they were served warm and were freshly glazed/iced!!
i tried a regular glazed & a custom chocolate iced with sprinkles & had no idea how this place worked. i loved the fact they were served hot to me in a little box!

I bought the Choose Your Own half-dozen through Uber Eats and not pleased. They are small compared to what it looks like in the photos. Some of them weren't what we ordered. They were doughy, I guess undercooked. The parts that were cooked was more like unsweetened cake. Tried to give one to my dog, he rejected. He eats my cats poop so if he rejects food something is seriously wrong. I guess good quality doesn't always come with higher price. I do like the idea of the choosing my own toppings but a different recipe or something is needed. I would love to try when they're better.
Went to Duck Donuts on Brown St. a little before 4 p.m. today. It was not crowded so service was pretty quick. My daughter already knew what she wanted because she'd been wanting a bacon donut. She ordered a Bacon in the Sun donut and a Maple Bacon donut. The bacon was surprisingly soft. I ordered a Bourbon Caramel Apple Pie Donut. Now typically I don't like cooked apples.....BUT this donut was absolutely delicious. Since they make them when you order them; the donut was nice and warm! Each donut cost $2.85. If you're looking for donuts that are non-traditional in flavor.....go to Duck Donuts!

I've had Duck Donuts in the past but finally placed an order for myself today. I got a dozen signature donuts, a breakfast sandwich and a latte. I drank the whole latte in the 10 minutes it took me to drive home - a well crafted and tasty drink. I was a little concerned with the $24 per dozen price tag, but the donuts were the best I've ever had, and the blueberry pancake in particular made my day. Not overly sweet, crafted with love and the box was still warm when I got home, so I know they were as fresh as it gets. Skip the other places, this donut spot is THE donut place in Dayton!
