This store has really had to step up since the Dunkin on Stroop is remodeling. The whole staff was communicating today and handling a huge influx of customers. It was actually really impressive.

When I make Doordash orders from Dunkin, they will be out of items and fill the order with random other things that I don't want to pay for. I've been given gift cards by corporate and assured it would stop happening, but its clear after dozens of orders from two different locations over a year that this its deliberate and consistent.

A drive thru should not take 25 minutes. If you’re overwhelmed with mobile orders, maybe pause DoorDash and Uber eats so us regular customers can get a gd coffee.
I will never go back my this Dunkin location. Repeatedly cannot make coffee drinks to order. Example , ordered a caramel machiatto. Drive off and bring it home…zero caramel and tastes burnt. Previous coffee orders screwed up as well. Bagels stale, donuts stale…awful.

Beware nothing but stale hard donuts! Didn’t get a receipt (wasn’t offered one so didn’t think about it) for purchase so can’t call about it. This is not the first time getting stale donuts from this place. Also be careful they don’t salt their driveway and with the ice it’s very easy to fall.

I tried to order a drink. The young man taking my order took three tries getting it. He blamed the register and his lack of training. After I finally got the drink he began to berate me so that everyone in the place could hear it. I'll not be returning.

I ordered 5 doz doughnuts to be delivered several days ahead of time. When the Uberbdriver got there, the lady told him I should call ahead next time. How many days notice do they need?? Did not have that problem at other Dunkin stores. Next time, I'll order from the doughnut place in Dayton that my husband usually uses. He always has them prepared ahead of time.
