Always a cheery greeting when I order and then pickup. My little grandchildren love the ham and cheese croissant, cried when it left menu and we had a party when it returned. Great selection of donuts and great coffee, many choices, with reasonable prices. We start our day with Dunkin!

I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up. When I got there, I was handed only part of my kids order (two egg wraps) and was not handed the two donuts and my drink. I asked politely for my drink and two donuts that I paid for. Then the employee with dark hair and glasses first off had the worst attitude I have ever seen (I also have worked in food service in the past and currently work with the public as well!) AND she accused me of not ordering the additional items they literally forgot. I was asked to provide my mobile order receipt, which I obviously did. The employee with the red hair was kind and apologized. But I would highly suggest coaching the original employee mentioned above. As a paying customer who placed a mobile order on the dunkin app, I should not have been accused of not paying AND given any sort of attitude. Its disrespectful and uncalled for.

I tell you what. I go here because I like the iced coffee. I also appreciate the sausage egg and cheese croissants. They do a lot more for the sandwich than anybody else. The sandwich in the meat are larger and the bread has seasoning in it. And I believe the egg is real.

I just went to the Dunkin location on far hills avenue in Dayton they completely screwed my order horrible experience and I spent close to 20 dollars on donuts they gave me the wrong donuts I asked for chocolate on chocolate donuts with sprinkles I got 3 glazed donuts with sprinkles that was hard as a rock I ordered 1 dozen chocolate donut holes and received 4 blueberry and 4 glazed not even a dozen I won’t be going there again 🤦♂️

The best service here is obtained by going through the drive-thru. We went inside and ordered some breakfast sandwiches, probably 10+ cars went through it in the time it took us get our food. There were a couple people inside that noted the same thing. Good food, slow inside service. Save time and go through the drive-thru.
Always get my coffee right! Definitely the best Dunkin in Dayton! Next would be the one by Meijer on a Wilmington Pike

This store has really had to step up since the Dunkin on Stroop is remodeling. The whole staff was communicating today and handling a huge influx of customers. It was actually really impressive.
