I ordered 5 doz doughnuts to be delivered several days ahead of time. When the Uberbdriver got there, the lady told him I should call ahead next time. How many days notice do they need?? Did not have that problem at other Dunkin stores. Next time, I'll order from the doughnut place in Dayton that my husband usually uses. He always has them prepared ahead of time.

We’ve had to come to the Dunkin on far hills because of the remodel at the one off of spring valley and 48. I’ve given far hills 3 tries to get it right and they just seem to not get it. Large ice coffee cream and liquid sugar. Something is always missing or says it’s there and it’s not. Definitely done making the drive to far hills. Spring valley is definitely the Dunkin to go to hurry and open back up! :’)

I got here at 20 after 5 or so came in to order but the doors where locked so I was confused pulled up to drive through and asked if they where open and who ever this person was, got all rude and snappy very quickly. Honestly I was kinda cought off guard, she was unprofessional and from the way she looked when I came in, I'm surprised she remembered to turn the lights on.

The Drive Through line was wrapped around the building as it was Rush Hour about 7am. The line moved quickly, I was able to get my coffee in about 7 minutes. This was very quick, being the last car in line.

The manager on first shift is absolutely amazing!! His name is Herman he's at the woodman drive location.. He is the definition of what a true manager should be like, he has the utmost respect, great performance, amazing personality and if I now come to dunkin donuts it will ONLY BE ON HIS SHIFT YOU'RE THE BEST HERMAN!
