Horrible service drive though staff argued over items they have on the menu, got order wrong, accused me of being cheap for asking for the correct item even after offering to pay the difference.

I go to Dunkin everyday. I spend almost 14 dollars everyday! More when I get food. When I say this is the worst Dunkin around I mean it with my whole soul and being. When I spend that much money on a drink, I want my cup full. For about a week now, I've been down about an inch from the top. Below that little line too so I know what I'm talking about. During Halloween I got a bucket. 50 munchkins right? Wrong. I ate 5, and my husband said it looked low and I was thinking it already. We counted 35 (counting the 5 I ate mind you) and I was shocked. I didn't call and complain because there was no way that they could miss count that much right? I am now really thinking they did! And I saw them making my drink one day and the cup was maybe half full. And then they filled it full of ice. I get two expresso, it should be fuller than that no? I pay extra for the extra in it. Let's just boil this down to the fact that I will stop being a dunkin customer. This one is the closest to my needs, and when I can't rely on it, they won't get my business anywhere.
P.S. when I go to others stores it's amazing. I did almost call and give compliments when I got a coffee at a different store (Beavercreek) last week. But I don't have time for that everyday.

Welp. The lady at the window handed me the last of my order and then just turned around. I know we concluded our transaction but umm a “have a nice day” or something would’ve been cool. Last week I had to go back in twice from them giving me the wrong order and then only giving me half my order. Like the food is good but it can be expensive.

This is the best Dunkin in the area! I go here all the time and these guys consistently so efficient and friendly. I’m always in and out within five minutes and my order I don’t think has ever been wrong. These guys know what they’re doing!

It’s Dunkin! The coffee is so-so, but what they lack in coffee they make up for in service. The people here are or at least when I have visited really welcoming and friendly.

i’m not sure what causes it, but i order an iced vanilla latte, but half the time they don’t put the vanilla in at all. i know it’s not a matter of not tasting it, because i started to order an extra pump for that reason- and half the time i’d be wayy too sweet. i love dunkin a lot, and go 2-3 times a week, but am about to stop going since the second i sip my drink and pull away its undrinkable at least once a week.
