They have always been so nice and learned my order and name. Great customer service and any items that needed corrected they were promptly done.

today i went through the drive through and i ordered two items. i got an egg and cheese wrap and cheesy hashbrowns with no bacon. i received my order and didn’t have time to check it in the moment but when i did my hashbrowns were covered in bacon and my wrap also had bacon in it. because i am vegetarian i was unable to eat any of it and when i tried to call twice to request a refund no one answered and the machine was full. very frustrating and i have had many issues in the past with receiving bacon on items that are not supposed to have bacon on it.

first time at this location not impressed staff not very friendly at all a smile goes a long way food was ok had much better at other dunkin locations will give them a nother try in future

The service felt rushed. The cashier did not listen to take my order properly. Because.
I asked for hash Browns.He did not try to correct a mistake at all. People could hear me complain. And no one stepped in to correct. Mistake, look burnt. The donuts were not fresh.
And the cappuccino tasted spoiled. Would I recommend try it on risk? Your service might be different.

Let me preface that when I arrived they only had 1 car in their drive. I waited 15 minutes at the front counter before I was even acknowledged as they just kept walking back and forth and taking any new orders that came in through the drive. Finally someone came up from the back and very bluntly asked "What do you want?" And as I ordered he kept interrupting me to ask "Is that it?" Finaly once I got my order the drinks were not completely filled and after dividing up the munchkin box for my people I was only given 38, not the 50 I paid for. Had it not been for my team asking specifically for Dunkin I wouldn't have waited around, but I know for future.

So today at 6:47 pm I want to this location Dunkin order for my fam. Then my husband ask to the barista if had any drink for 3 years old baby. She said yes ! My husband ask again it’s okay for kids ? ~ she said yes. Which is ( strawberry lemonade refresher drink ) ??♀️. It’s 11 pm my son can’t sleep coz of the caffeine in the drink after I check it out it’s had caffeine in it what kind of stupid idea to give a caffeine to a baby ??? Imagine if we order something like nut allergic parson its will die by now coz of this ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️. This is very serious

Great drive thru experience each time. Service is always great. Order accuracy is better than most other chains. Coffee is better than ⭐?. Great yeast donuts.

I usually love this location, always fast and friendly. I go every day and today there was a man who was coughing everywhere into his hand, and then spit into a napkin right in front of me and then took my card which I cringed so badly at but I was too grossed out to say anything at the time. I asked for napkins to try to wipe things down, he loudly asked WHAT while spit flew out of his mouth and it was then i decided to completely throw out my drink, was so disgusted. I saw him touch just about everything with the same hands he was coughing and spitting into, so the whole place is contaminated at this point. I'm so sad and grossed out by this whole experience ?

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a good experience but today I was heavily disappointed. I went in, and I ordered an avocado toast and hashbrowns with a large coffee. The avocado toast that I received was extremely small. It looked like it was the end piece of the loaf.. whereas usually you get a full piece of sourdough. The hash browns were good, but they only gave me four whereas they are supposed to give me six. As for the coffee, I asked for one pump of vanilla they gave me an entire serving. Wayyy too sweet. I have to say I was surprised because usually they get my order perfect and today was just a letdown. I will be going back, but I have to say I’m disappointed. They need some quality control. Unfortunately forgot to take photos.

Today, 02 October 2024, at 6:25am the cashier in the drive-thru window was clearly sick / dealing with post-nasal drip congestion. He hacked up mucus several times and used his right hand to wipe it off his tongue / nose with no glove with a napkin. He then touched my card with that same hand with the napkin still in his hand; he touched my coffee with that same hand; he turned to grab donuts for the customer behind me with that same hand; hacked into another napkin and then handed me my food. Wearing gloves, cleanliness, washing hands, and not touching food after wiping your nose and mucus filled mouth is not only a basic practice but required by Ohio State law and the Dunkin franchise policy. I really enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, however, this cannot be overlooked.

Up until today I would have given a much more favorable review to this place. Never going back again after today. The drive thru line was stretched all the way back into the next door restaurant's parking lot. For a get in and get out breakfast place, it is unacceptable to make customers at a drive thru, during non-peak breakfast hours, wait for over 30 minutes to get their order. If there was any way to cancel my order and go somewhere else I would have. My food is cold and the hash browns are mushy. The guy at the window wasn't even going to give me a straw for my coffee if I hadn't specifically asked. Just all around unacceptable, appalling service.
