Great service and staff. As usual Dunkin puts out. We were in there with at least a 500 lb woman and the floors remained intact. Good building

Shakes aren't on the mobile app, limited selection. We were charged twice for an item on at least one visit. Check your receipt! Food & drinks were good though.

this place is so bad oh my god. they cannot make an order correctly. i’ve ordered here a few times just to give the benefit of the doubt which mind you ive repeated the order 3 times to them in drive thru and they mess up my coffee order each time. it’s so obvious they don’t put any effort into anything

Huge line for the drive thru & when walking in. Ordered fairly quick but took a while to get each item we ordered. My husband had to go back up to the counter to ask them for our donuts. The staff was very friendly, but it seemed like they were extremely busy & trying to keep up! Overall good experience, but I think this Dunkin might need to expand!

I was there this afternoon with my family and had not eaten anything. I was excited to get some DD’s since it’s been a while and wanted to try their new options. At arrival things were okay, the girl on the speaker phone seemed to have a slight attitude/impatient tone. We had asked for a few minutes as we were trying to get our order together since they didn’t have the items we initially wanted. The girl seemed to be more impatient, mind you there was no customers besides us and then a few minutes later one extra car. We asked questions about the menu and she seemed not to know what we were even talking about. When we got to the window she had her phone full blown at her ear and it seemed like she was going over the drive thru experience between her & us to whomever she was speaking with. To top it off, when I asked for specific things in my drink she seemed weirded out. Then I stated no whip but yes to cold foam & she added whip. Not that this will matter, but never again.
I wanted to order food but the tone and energy made it impossible.
Tip: Don’t work at a place where you have to have customer service and be attentive. You want to be on your phone, go home and have conversations there.

They have always been so nice and learned my order and name. Great customer service and any items that needed corrected they were promptly done.
