I just got my breakfast and coffee, and it was the worst coffee I've ever had. The eggs had a terrible smell; you couldn't eat them. I threw away about $20 in the trash, and the staff were disrespectful. I tried talking to her, but she wouldn't listen because she was talking to the other workers and they were laughing. I don't think this is a time for laughing and ignoring customers. I will never come to this shop again and I don't recommend anyone go there.

Got 6$ sandwich, hashbrowns and coffee. Bacon egg and cheese bagel so dry it was hard to eat. Had no mayo available as they dont serve it which seems ridiculous. Hashbrowns not crispy

10min to get hot black coffee + 1 donut. The cashier was mixing up orders, got only 1 of 4 ordered donuts for person ahead of me, then went to get munchkins instead of thier 3 donuts. Of my 2 item purchase, he forgot to get my donut and was going to serve the next person. 3 people ahead of me were the last of us to get thier drinks.
Whatta mess. Strongly recommend the DD near Austin Landing.

Apple pie was cold when I asked for it to be warmed. And sandwich didn’t seem cooked long enough. Too much of a rush that it lowered food quality.

This Dunkin/Baskin Robbins gets orders wrong, constantly.
i love dunkin and order about once a week but every time i come to this location i am severely disappointed. the staff is friendly but this location always ends up messing up my order. i am vegetarian and always order egg and cheese, but there is always sausage or bacon added to it. this morning i got sausage on my sandwich and i also ordered a hasbrown that was not included. i really wish they would be more thorough with checking food orders. i end up not being able to eat anything and its becoming a big waste of money and time. PLEASE check the orders before handing them out.

This location is my favorite. I can't tell you how wonderful it is these days to be addressed by name when I come in for my mobile order. Everyone at this location is exceptionally friendly and I love going in. I'm a driver and spend a lot of time on the road and visit a lot of Dunkin's but this one is home 😊

This was one of the nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too they weren’t busy no one wears gloves while handling food and drinks they have ingredients spilled everywhere while just sitting there do better!!!
