We are from Central Ohio and excited that DB is finally in Ohio! My wife is from the PNW, and DB is our favorite when we go back to visit.

I happened to be in the area for a conference so I thought I’d stop by for a couple drinks to bring home to surprise my wife she hasn’t had Dutch Bros since in a long time.

It’s been snowy and cold and the sign said they were only taking orders on the app at the time. The broista came out and she was awesome. She joked that I really messed because I had actually made a walk up order not a drive though. I think her name was Maddy or Katie but can’t remember. She is a west coast transplant and was excited to see a DB here and said she just had to work here!

The only bad part was that the line was long and slower than the stands out west that I’m used to. I had to wait about 35 minutes…. At one point I looked behind me, the cars were out to the street. But I understand they just opened recently, and are still trying to manage. I think the frigid cold didn’t help either.

I had to make a loop around the block to get back to the freeway and when I drove back by there were only a couple cars in line. I think additional staff had just gotten there.

I cant wait for the stands closer to home in Columbus to open up.

Quality coffee and personalized options are superior for the area. Summer is a whole vibe.

I only give 4 stars because the wait time is astronomical. I’m okay with waiting for a good quality drink, just not in a drive thru. A fair compromise would be move the walk up window to online ordering only and add some patio seating. If I have a meet up with a friend I’m happy to sit outside and wait 30 minutes for a coffee. And I’m happy to order ahead and leave my house after 30 minutes to get a good drinks. But zero desire to sit in my car for 30 minutes. Just have to decide what you have time for that day. I’ve seen it function well when they’re fully staffed so I assume it’s a staffing issue with the weather. But I can’t imagine business staying high in the winter months if this continues to be a problem.

I really enjoy it here but the wait is just insanely long. I can drive twice as far to starbucks, get in and out, come back to my spot in line and still probably wait. Over exaggeration but it is seriously slow. It’s really good product in my opinion, it’s just not worth it when you have to wait this long.

The staff is great though. I think the training team should’ve stayed a few weeks longer after the open too, not enough time to get these great people up to speed.

I gave your location about 6 visits, and the only time I would recommend visiting is between 5am and 6am. It is impossible to avoid a wait time of 30 minutes for 1 drink. Today, I waited 45 minutes. I hope you see this review so I can return after you fix the issue. You are not making it possible for people to enjoy the experience.

Went to Dutch Bros today at 1:30. Drive thru lines were long so I did the walk up window. Ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream. Stood outside for 20 minutes in 20 degree weather and ended up leaving without my coffee. Might I suggest someone dedicated to the walk up window? There was another lady at the window who was there when I walked up and was still there waiting when I left. Really disappointed with the service. Can't rate the coffee but it was the most expensive coffe I never got to drink.

Hey there first time customer, I did a mobile order for the first time, went to the window to get my drinks at the time the app gave me, I waited 10 minutes after the time I was givin and the staff member at the window was intentionally rude and visibly upset nkt giving me a holder for my 3 drinks and slammjnf the window.i understand people have a bad day but please help me understand.

Went through the drive thru. The lines were extremely long. There was only one worker working both lanes outside. Worker takes your order and then you go to window to pick up. Ordered coffees drink. Wasn’t as good as I expected.

Ordered a cotton candy rebel energy and tigers blood, waited almost an hour in line and the cotton candy drink just tasted like redbull. I could have went to speedway if I wanted redbull. Very disappointed
