I have yet to have a fresh cupcake from this place. I have no idea how long the cupcakes sit around before they are sold. I stopped by yesterday and picked up cupcakes. I cannot believe how dry and stale they were. I was embarrassed serving these cupcakes too friends of mine. They were so dry. I really think this company is overrated.

For the amount of money I paid for my cake I was very disappointed. It seemed like it had extra icing, and for some reason it had two bottoms like it was a Miss make or missed cut. I wish I would have took a picture of it. I will buy again because I like their cakes, but if the mistake happens again I would definitely take it back.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience with Faith in the wedding department! When we first walked in we were greeted by a lady who was sweeping the floor and asked if we would like some coffee. We both felt so welcome. When we walked to the wedding section, Faith had our cake tasting all set up and ready for us. She was so kind and helpful each step of the process! Her customer service and patience with us was so comforting during the stresses of wedding planning! Thank you Elé and Faith for our 10/10 experience!

I just ordered from there and I got s few different things and they was good but I also got the lemon cupcakes and strawberry cupcakes because the pictures show it has toppings and it looked good however it did not come with any toppings like the pictures... very miss leading or they for got to add them.... but they didn't forget to take my money... disappointed.

I ordered a cake from the website but asked for it to be a cupcake cake instead of the advertised round cake for my 9 yr olds bday. He loved the theme and the icing. The cake flavor was lemon and the lemon flavor is usually dryer to me from Ele, but THIS WAS OVER THE TOP BAD! The cake itself was super dry and hard I literally had to spit it out. It was terrible. I had already given the serving out before we discovered this! I’m highly disappointed!

I had to go to the Beavercreek store 2x to place a simple cupcake order with all having buttercream sprinkled with two colored sugars. I couldn't get a receipt due to issues and had to call their offices to have ine emailed. I spoke to two people to confirm my order and the day before I called to confirm and they read me the order. When I arrived to pick up the cupcakes they were wrong and they looked poorly decorated. The girl even said the main bakery is making all kinds of mistakes. She was nice and redecorated but this whole experience was not a good one, so I'm officially done with Ele'.

My partner ordered a cake fairly last minute to surprise me for my birthday. Not only did they manage to accommodate the order with less than a week's notice they were super nice about everything according to him and that it was an overall super pleasant exchange.
The cake was cute and VERY good. Super moist cake (yellow and chocolate both) , a classic buttercream with just the right amount of sweetness, and it was all packaged up tidy and clean. That cake legit took me back to my childhood. Being somewhat new to the area he took a gamble to try elé and we now have a new favourite bakery!
He also got some buckeyes and specialty brownies and they were just as delish as the cake. Def recommend! (I was determined to cut a brownie in half and behave myself by only eating half and next thing I knew I realized the other half was gone too 😅 addictively good is all I can say!)
To owners/management: Y'all have some amazing bakers and staff! Please pass my compliments on bc y'all ROCK!

We ordered a two-tier cake from ele's West Carrolton location for our wedding. The process of scheduling a tasting and choosing what we wanted was very straightforward, and it really felt like we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The cake was delivered on time, and they placed our cake toppers for us where we wanted them. The flavor of both the cake and the frosting was perfect, exactly what we wanted. We provided a reference photo for them for the frosting design we wanted, and their decorators did a fantastic job bringing it to life.
