We bought cupcakes for our sons birthday two years in a row now! Just a heads up for everyone, we got blue icing on his large cupcake, it was all over his shirt. Blue stains. We rinsed it overnight in water then threw it in the wash, no more stain! Whatever food coloring they use is easily removed from the wash.

Their burger was amazing, service was great but sadly they reason I came was for the cakes and I had a brownie it was horrible then a strawberry cupcake, tasted like food coloring and my husband an Oreo cupcake… so dissatisfying krogers bakery is even better. As a diner great, bakery sadly looks were better than taste.

I should have taken pictures, but Ele really makes delicious cakes. The white cake with buttercream icing literally melts in your mouth. 😭 They have many other incredible dessert options (dessert cakes are top tier: I love the buckeye one, cupcakes, sometimes macarons, cookies, and etc). They execute really well on all fronts.
I’ll say this though, sometimes you remember you need a cake for that upcoming event last minute. A lot of people go to grocery stores for a last minute cake. Nothing wrong with that at all, but next time you’re in a pinch… consider Ele.
The staff has always been pleasant when I’ve gone in. Great experience over all.

I have yet to have a fresh cupcake from this place. I have no idea how long the cupcakes sit around before they are sold. I stopped by yesterday and picked up cupcakes. I cannot believe how dry and stale they were. I was embarrassed serving these cupcakes too friends of mine. They were so dry. I really think this company is overrated.

For the amount of money I paid for my cake I was very disappointed. It seemed like it had extra icing, and for some reason it had two bottoms like it was a Miss make or missed cut. I wish I would have took a picture of it. I will buy again because I like their cakes, but if the mistake happens again I would definitely take it back.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience with Faith in the wedding department! When we first walked in we were greeted by a lady who was sweeping the floor and asked if we would like some coffee. We both felt so welcome. When we walked to the wedding section, Faith had our cake tasting all set up and ready for us. She was so kind and helpful each step of the process! Her customer service and patience with us was so comforting during the stresses of wedding planning! Thank you Elé and Faith for our 10/10 experience!
I just ordered from there and I got s few different things and they was good but I also got the lemon cupcakes and strawberry cupcakes because the pictures show it has toppings and it looked good however it did not come with any toppings like the pictures... very miss leading or they for got to add them.... but they didn't forget to take my money... disappointed.

I ordered a cake from the website but asked for it to be a cupcake cake instead of the advertised round cake for my 9 yr olds bday. He loved the theme and the icing. The cake flavor was lemon and the lemon flavor is usually dryer to me from Ele, but THIS WAS OVER THE TOP BAD! The cake itself was super dry and hard I literally had to spit it out. It was terrible. I had already given the serving out before we discovered this! I’m highly disappointed!

I had to go to the Beavercreek store 2x to place a simple cupcake order with all having buttercream sprinkled with two colored sugars. I couldn't get a receipt due to issues and had to call their offices to have ine emailed. I spoke to two people to confirm my order and the day before I called to confirm and they read me the order. When I arrived to pick up the cupcakes they were wrong and they looked poorly decorated. The girl even said the main bakery is making all kinds of mistakes. She was nice and redecorated but this whole experience was not a good one, so I'm officially done with Ele'.
