Our food tonight was disappointing. We left $134 worth of food on the table and left without to go boxes. The steak in the Fajitas was burnt. Tasted like charred meat. Our last time at any El Toro location.

Great place! We come here regularly. Our experience is normally awesome but tonight with the waiter we had (his name is Carlos) our experience was horrible. He is beyond rude. Rolling his eyes when walking towards our table, instantly asking if we were ready to order, we literally just sat down. Once we ordered, he brings our food and just sits it down and walks off. Makes you feel like your a bother for being there. Just a very rude waiter. He really needs to find a job where he doesn't have to interact with people. I definitely recommend this place but highly recommend getting a section where Carlos isn't going to be your waiter. All the other waiters and waitresses are fantastic!!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. As a proud Mexican Latina, I was honestly embarrassed by how bad this place was. Our waiter, Carlos, was incredibly rude just pure attitude like we were bothering him for even showing up.
They messed up my food and no apology, just more attitude. To make it worse, the agua de horchata tasted nothing like horchata should. It was watery, bland, and left a weird aftertaste. Just gross.
And the prices? Totally ridiculous for what they serve. The food was not even 1% as good as other local Mexican spots that are authentic and full of flavor. This place isn’t even close.
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are so many better places in the area where you’ll get better food and respectful service. Total waste of money and time.
