Shrinkflation in full effect. Portion sizes have gone downhill. It's like ordering from the kids menu. They were short staffed on a Saturday. Service was super slow and food was cold. Just like all the other restaurants around, this location is not worth visiting anymore.

Drove 40 minutes for 2 bowls and got home and realized they left the shrimp out of both of my bowls . When I called they said it’s nothing they can do

I rarely have any problems. They always get my order right and if they do mess up, it's not a big deal because they are always on top of making sure orders are correct most of the time. EL Toro is my go-to Mexican restaurant.

We stopped in after a long road trip, before coming home. We were seated pretty quick as it was a Monday. The roof started leaking, dripping right down on the table and splashing all over me. I stood up telling the family grab your stuff, a server came over and we were moved. Maybe management comes over and apologized. We also didn’t realize the queso was $5 for the tiniest little bowl and 2 we ordered. The serving was maybe 4 tablespoons worth. Food was overall pretty good maybe a little expensive. Be careful if going during a downpour might get rained on.

The food was not that good the rice was really crunchy and bland, the portions sizes were so small and to pay almost $70 I was expecting something was better then what I got. Also the guy up front was super rude when I walked in to get my pick up order. I stood there for at least 7 minutes before he even cared to say something he was just staring at the computer screen the whole time. Then handed me my food with a shitty attitude. Not a great way to treat a paying customer. I'll take my business elsewhere. This location has went downhill seems like.

My husband ordered a burrito. It had bad hamburger in it. Also no Pacifico beer which is advertised by them specifically.
This particular place put beans and rice together on the street tacos plate. Suppose to be soup beans separated from the rice. I think they're going for the cheaper version and beer. Not to mention old or spoiled hamburger. Really

Tacos and chips were very good. The sodas we had was all carbonation I told the waiter and told me that is was ok. He argued with me it was ok. I know the difference. So I was still charged for what we couldn't drink. The waiter sucked.
