My friend and I ate last night. It wasn’t that bad. I saved it to take home. Today my friend told me she had bad cramps this morning I told her I had this afternoon I couldn’t eat all. It hurt my stomach. Few hours later I went bathroom several times . I am sorry we ain’t come back. No wonder you don’t have many customers last night only maybe 10 to 15.

Oh yeah one more thing I was so surprised they don’t even have guacamole.

One word, five letters …………………..NASTY!
Gross salsa and no flavor chips, Fajitas with chicken had no flavor, not sure how this place stays in business.

Just left there. Will not return. Started with drinks. Bad Juan was nothing spectacular. No fountain drinks…we thought was odd. Food came quickly. We ordered our normal things. Salsa had zero flavor. Fajita Bowl was nasty. Cold rice, burnt veggies-onions and green peppers were burnt/purple?? Chicken was cold, dark meat little squares. No flavor at all. Husband ordered a shredded beef super burrito. No shredded beef…changed to shredded chicken. Had a weird aftertaste and was cold. Waitress asked how food was. We were honest and told her. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, it was not busy, we could see the cook…no pride in food prep no gloves. Just gross all around. We’ve come to this location (and other Elsa locations) many times. Never had a problem. No offer to amend the situation and nor did we feel it necessary to address since they showed no interest..just a “sorry and have a good night”. The lack of pride in food prep and customer service/satisfaction was nonexistent. We paid the bill and went to the location on Marshal and Stroup. Excellent service from a brand new waitress and excellent food. I understand each location is owned by different folks. Thank goodness because we love Elsa’s and Bad Juan’s!

We usually order take out,food is always the same,so you know your going to get a good flavorful meal. Good portions,always filling. Employees are always nice polite,have never had bad experience with this location.

Kid-friendliness: There is a bar inside Elsas on the border but tables sit away from it. Small dining area

Good food and strong drinks. You might wait a bit as it's normally one to two servers for the place, but it's worth it.
