I’ve been coming to Fatback’s every Saturday for a while now and it always hits the spot. The sliced brisket is so tender and delicious. The roasted potatoes are damn good too. If the food doesn’t bring you back, the staff will. The atmosphere almost feels at home and so welcoming. Wholesome folks work here.
Used them April 8th for a party the food was great.it's not a franchise but priced comparable I will definitely use them again.

First time here... I enjoyed the food greatly. The atmosphere was very enjoyable as well as the staff. I would highley recommend it and I will absolutely be back.
Exceptional. I am from out of town and took a gamble and don't regret it. Everything we ordered was excellent. The sides are really good, definitely try the potatoes and baked beans.
I didn’t get much except a pulled pork and chopped brisket sandwiches with some sides but this first time customer was blown away. The warm & sweet sauce, should’ve bought a bottle. Can’t wait to get the Pig Pops next time since they were sold out today.
