The food was the best I've had at any fazolis. Try the new York style cheesecake. The employee Alaina B was very kind and made sure everyone had a good experience. Would love to eat here again.

Bill and his team were very accommodating and attentive to our large group during my daughter's birthday dinner! They not only allowed us to move tables around, but they also helped us do it. They constantly checked on us at our table, and they honored a coupon I didn't realize was expired. Great food made fast, and exceptional service!

I have never been so impressed dining in a restaurant in my life. Maryann was AMAZING. So sweet, polite, professional, giving, caring!! I brought my special needs friend into Fazoli’s for her birthday, she was so excited because she does not go out much. Maryann made her feel so important and happy on her birthday! Very attentive, very respectful! She truly made my night and my friends whole night! Thanks again Maryann!

Just a heads up use the restroom before entering this establishment. Apparently there's a time limit on how long you can use the bathroom. I was in the restroom less than 5 minutes before a young lady came in there with red hair and asked me if I was going to be much longer.... However Caitlin who was working the register was absolutely sweet attentive and amazing. Maybe they can have Caitlyn train Miss Rude Butt on customer service.
