Manager Alex was extremely rude and unprofessional when replacing items that staff did not add to my meal during the last visit. The cashier was very polite though and attempted to make up for her behavior but her attitude towards customers was beyond ridiculous.

We had an incredible experience at Fazoli’s, all thanks to Tevonn B. His service was truly extraordinary. He checked on us frequently, made sure we had everything we needed, and more. He went above and beyond by clearing bowls and plates without being asked. His kind attitude, laid back, and attention to detail made our visit feel genuinely special. Food was delicious!!! Went back for seconds.
We live closer to Cincinnati but came all the way here, and Tayvon’s amazing customer care is exactly why we’ll be coming back often. We don’t know him personally, but every time he’s our server, it’s a blessing. Sure to be friends. He brings such a positive energy and makes this Fazoli’s location stand out.
