Jessica and the rest of the team do a great job! Custom orders are always respected and done accurately! This is my new regular place to get lunch. Sandwiches, salads - they’re great! Highly recommend!

donald is GOATED!!! ordered on doordash and it went thru online but not fully somehow so firehouse didn’t have it. called doordash no credit or anything whatever but reordered and called firehouse and don let me know he’d call me once the second order came through… it never came through! i was coming to terms with eating my own tears for dinner but my second dasher and don made my order without the system and don upgraded me too!! i didn’t ask for anything whatsoever from firehouse but he hooked me up! don is my hero and he made my day 50x better

TERRIBLE. this specific location that I went too had the longest piece of curly hair in my sandwhich. Actually disgusting and when asked for a refund due to me losing my appetite the district manager said they don’t do refunds… instead I can have a sanchwhich card to a place that has hair in sandwhiches? I think not. Absolutely disgusting not even an apology just I’ll remake it. No please don’t ! I asked why do you not do refunds says because too many people want their money back. Maybe because of the poor food quality and lack of cleanliness?

Have been going here almost every Friday for several years. Every time the order is on time, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and their food. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Terrible.....ordered a 4 inch cheese steak with onions and a toasted bun. Unfortunately for me, there was no meat!!!!! I was livid; as I had wanted a sandwich and no longer go to McDonalds or Wendys. I will never go to this Firehouse Subs again. Really!!!! A cheese steak with no meat; atrocious!!!!

Poor quality control. Bread was hard and tough. Not the normal quality. This is from the Fire Side on Brown St in Dayton OH. Really tucked! Will not order from there again which is a shame cause it's the closest to me. No more Fire Side Sub for me anymore! They suck.

just spent nine dollars on a sub that took two bites to eat, and one small drink, biggest rip off ever, done with firehouse, sub, permanently, their shrinkflation has gone beyond ridiculous. It’s a shame. I really liked this restaurant for a long time and it’s just heading straight downhill.
