Placed online order at 6:15pm. Didn’t get my order until 6:50pm. Arrived at 6:20 and gave my name and the employee said it would be a minute. After 15 minutes I asked again and they couldn’t find my order. Then they said the ticket never printed out. During the 30 minutes I waited for a mini bacon cheeseburger and fries, I saw a female employee grab a male employees buttocks which seemed to make him uncomfortable. I saw another employee clean a mess on the floor with his gloves hands and then proceed to continue to prep fries without changing his gloves. The manager told the team about the dirty bathroom in detail while we all waited. The drink machine was broken and there were no carbonated beverages. And the floor in the dining room and behind the counter was dirty with trash and spilled drinks. Manager apologized and offered me a free drink. But my meal was supposed to come with a drink so he offered a milkshake but I wasn’t going to wait for it. Never coming back to this location again. First time and last time.

Let’s just say the hamburger I had at the hospital nearby that same day had been done better than the hamburger I got from Five Guys. Five guys could improve by browning their hamburger buns on the grill, actually sautéing, onions, and mushrooms that you request, and not drowning your hamburger with condiments.

Five Guys is my favorite burger place, it's a little on the pricey side though and it seems to keep getting higher; and at some point I will stop eating there. The service seems tends to be on the less friendly side most of the time at most of them but it's not so bad to complain. The food however has me thinking about it throughout the day 😆
Wasn't asked whether we wanted toppings on our burgers. Instead, they just made us a plain one with nothing on it.
We went up and told them that we wanted toppings. They then proceeded to give us like 8 tin foil packs of toppings for us to make our own burger DIY style, pic attached.
Completely forgot to make my milkshake.
Staff was friendly but very very inexperienced.

Walked in, and the staff made me feel like the only customer they had. They kept me updated on the progress of my order while taking care of multiple other customers at the same time.
Parking: Parking is difficult with the location. I parked out back and walked down an alley. May not be safe at night. I didn't notice any lighting.
