They don't have nasty tanks sitting around for display, they keep the fish in cold storage and only present what's necessary before gutting, scaling, and cleaning to order. Stopped in for the first time. Not quite what I expected. No case full of fish. A different service model. But it was good. Workers are very helpful. You order, and they get your fish/seafood ready, then show you before they wrap it. Our fish and mussels were great! It's probably the freshest fish you can get around here. And a great variety.
Hidden gem fish market in Dayton! Bought tuna for sushi that was very neatly prepped and at a good price. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Foremost Seafood over the big supermarket fish counters.
