Didn't eat here, they were swamped. But the ladies at the check in were friendly!

This is the most trashiest Fricker’s I have ever been to. Floors were dirty. Waiter ignored my kid saying thank you. Waiters rolled eyes and so did welcoming staff. Ruined my night with my son after a 12 hour shift. Very unprofessional rude service from these young females.

It's Christmas Day in fricker's was the only thing really open they were slam packed but compliments to the people cooking and the ladies up front for doing a good job they were very nice even with all the people coming in the door and then just getting slammed with orders

Waited for an hr and they said they were busy making to go orders and hadn’t even started cooking ours yet. We left. It wasn’t the waitresses fault. People sitting in your restaurant should come before Togo orders

I ordered to go instore and the food was under cooked. Took forever to get service on a empty Saturday after noon. Use to be great. Waste of money now

I ordered on DoorDash and they forgot an item to which I used my reimbursed credit to buy a second quesadilla, which arrived as burnt as rubber on a drag strip

I sat at the bar because the other areas were crowded. Maddie was an excellent server/bartender. Everything that needed to be fixed she did so with a smile. Therefore, my meal was delicious!

Wanted to go to Hooters to watch the Thanksgiving NFL games but they were closed. Saw Frickers across the street was another sports bar. I decided to give it a try.

Only food I tried was the chili, which was pretty good. But a great deal on a personal pitcher of Budweiser for $6.99. I had 3.5 glasses of beer and still left at least two glasses in the pitcher.

Great food, customer service by waiting staff and amenities (e.g plug in wall sockets) for charging.

I met a friend here for lunch. The overall in restaurant experience was okay. The food was what I expected for the type of restaurant. The restaurant itself is very dark inside and the gentleman screaming their heads off at each other over the football games was a bit much, but it’s a sports bar-ish type place so it comes with the territory.

What I didn’t expect was to get home to Columbus and discover that the wings that I had ordered to bring home to my husband were not sauced at all. I called the restaurant thinking that they would offer to either refund my card or notate that the next time I was in town, I could pick up a replacement. Instead, the rude manager suggested that I bring the wings back to the restaurant and they would remake them or refund my money. I politely reminded him that I had stated that I lived an hour away and it was ridiculous to expect me to drive two hours round trip for a mistake that the restaurant made on food that I paid for. He compared it to buying a shirt and having to return the shirt to get a replacement or a refund…sir, that is not the same! The store can put a shirt someone returns back out for purchase by another customer. Was he going to serve someone else these cold, sauceless wings?!?!

So, I won’t be spending two hours and $40 on gas to have the $14 order of mediocre wings replaced and we will choose another restaurant who truly values their guests the next time we are in the area.

I’ve been eating at Frickers since the late 80s. I can’t believe how bad it’s gotten. Walked in about 8:30 on a Friday night and the place was dead. I should’ve turned around and gone somewhere else but it’s Frickers. It’s gotta be good, right? Wrong. I can’t blame any one thing. The place is dirty, the vibe was empty and sad, and the food was awful. Fries under done and soggy, chicken dip tasted like warmed up cream cheese n red hot, fricken chicken pizza was gross (the sauce was bad. Didn’t taste like any sauce I’ve ever had). Not even the blue cheese dressing was good. My kid’s chicken tenders had no flavor, except maybe a hint of onion rings from the oil they were cooked in. Couldn’t wait to finish and get out of there. Just shocking.
