My food was extremely overcooked and I tried to ask for a refund and was told they could only give me a credit or do a remake then the manager hung up on me. I wasn't really mad about it because I understand mistakes happen but obviously she was more upset than I was. Won't be eating here ever again!!!

Headed back to cincinnati from Dayton after a long hot day playing and watching my teenager play rugby, we happened upon Frickers because I’d never heard of it and wanted something other than the usuals off the highway. We get there and it’s promising food fun spirits and sports which is perfect for us. Reds games on so we’re chilling. Lots to look at which is great.
Food takes longer than it should but we’re good. Then it arrives. And it might just be some of the worst food I’ve eaten in my life. We literally ate about 3 bites, laid $30 on the table and snuck out. We didn’t want to talk about it to the waitress we were so grossed out and neither of us could stomach eating anything else from this place.
I ordered the chicken ceaser wrap. That chicken was for sure cooked in the microwave. My son got the fried chicken and Mac and cheese, literally his two favorite foods and ate one bite of each. It was cold and hot like when you heat up food in the microwave. The chicken didn’t even look like chicken. It was all so gross.
Shrink the menu in half and buy real food. I’m embarrassed for them that they think that’s acceptable. Do better Fricker’s.

I've been to many Frickers and usually they're really nice, but this one was horrible. If the health department would show up they would probably close them down. The tables were dirty. The bathroom was totally disgusting with the door almost falling apart I could go on and on. The funny thing is when we pulled in the parking lot my wife and I thought it was hot at 7:00 on a Friday night. They should be packed out

Ordered an expensive and large catering order ahead of time. They didn’t start making it until I arrived!!!! They are over 25 mins late. There’s no employees in here and I’ve seen at least five families come in and leave hungry due to no one around to seat them

Our server, Jennabelle, was amazing and so funny, friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the menu (their mild has zero heat, she let me know so I wouldn't be disappointed). The place was clean when we went in on a Saturday night. We loved the food. The only thing I was disappointed in was the skeeball and one of the claw machines weren't wanting to take our money. But I understand that's something they probably have to call someone in to fix.
If we're in the area again it's on our list of returns.

Our waitress was very unfriendly. We had to ask multiple times for thing, some of which were never brought to us. It wasn't busy, there were only 3 other tables. She kept changing what was available, like she didnt know what options were available.

Came here for lunch today, not a lot of people were there. The tables were not cleaned, and service was subpar. It’s not that we were mistreated, it’s we almost weren’t treated at all. It felt like we waited for forever for any kind of service in an empty restaurant. For a wing joint, they were nothing to write home about. They weren’t crispy at all and I am surprised that you had to get sauces on them. Asking if they had dry rubs was almost like asking for something impossible. Any kitchen has salt and pepper or salt and vinegar, with shrimp they probably have lemon pepper too.
