A clean location. Good timely service. Plenty of TVs to catch all the games. One ridiculous point..the Guiness beer is not on nitrogen.No Nitrogen bubbles. BIG ROUND CO2 bubbles. If you don't want to to it the right way take it off the tap.

I have been a customer of this location for 4 years. The bar tenders are ALWAYS friendly. I can't speak on the serving staff as they are a revolving door. On 12/8/2024, I ordered food. I was a few bites in, when I found a 2 inch screw in my food. I showed the bar tender, she got the manager involved. The situation was immediately delt with on a location basis. They compt. My entire bill. However, my information was taken and I have been waiting for weeks to hear from upper management or corporate. It's disappointing to know that things like this go unnoticed and that Frickers doesn't give a shit about their employees or patrons. I'm absolutely disgusted by the lack of care and concern. I have a picture of my food with the screw in it, but I cannot post it here.
Update! Not only was this experience negative, the card used for payment was double charged. Looks like the place is also full of thieves or unsavory business practices. Will be putting in a fraud claim ASAP on these guys. Place sucks, as soon as I asked if I could split the wings into two sauces the waitresses demeanor changed. Rude. The food was just ok and this is a place I will never return to. I THOUGHT IT WAS A ROOSTERS... obviously a different company. Not as good....

This place is obviously just somewhere for people to go to get drunk and eat the slop that drunk people don’t care to eat. The food was subpar. Fried pickles were under seasoned, quesadilla was burnt, and chicken sliders were thin as a fingernail, all breading no meat. Save your money or go down the street to Roosters which has much better, similar food. Not to mention the toilets weren’t even properly secured to the floor.

It was just ok today.. it wasn't busy but had to wait 35 minutes for our food. Then, I had to wait longer for silverware.

The wings were huge and really good and the service was very good definitely my favorite wing spot
Went in there last night to have dinner with my family. The floors were so sticky. Your shoes stuck to them when you were trying to walk to your table. There were still food crumbs on the table. We asked the server to wipe off the table. She said it had already been wiped off and I said, why is there still food on it then? She said, oh, they just missed it. I said okay. Could you please wipe it off again? We ordered our food eventually it came. It was barely warm. Ask for a refill on our drinks several times that was very slow in coming. She put the bill on our table. We paid cash and had the cash. On top of the bill, it took her over 15 minutes to come back and get the money for the bill. The tables are sticky. The menus have food leftover on them. The salt and pepper shakers we're slimy. Floors and tables are nasty.

Slow, slow service. Finally had to get my food “to go”. No one seating people, so finally had to set at bar to get waited on. Two people who came way after me got their food orders first. When chicken sandwich finally did come it was on a very stale, sub bun. It was the first time I had been here in a while. I won’t be back.
