I came into the Frickers on Woodman Drive to have dinner with my two children. My five-year-old was really squirmy and me and my daughter were talking and talking to him trying to help him calm down. The waitress came up took our order for our drinks, and my son had ordered a juice she brought him pink lemonade. I explained that we asked for juice and not pink lemonade. She said we don’t have pink lemonade here and I opened the cup and showed them it was pink lemonade. She then proceeded to take it to the back to go get him juice after arguing with me that the pink lemonade Was out and that it could not possibly be pink lemonade. The waitress at no point in time asked me and my daughter if we wanted refills on our drink and we continuously had to ask for refills after we ordered our food. My son continued to be really squirmy so I had my daughter walk up to the front and ask if they had crayons and paper thinking it would’ve been appropriate for the waitress to offer it to us they never did. My daughter was brought the wrong thing so we explained that she did not order fries. She ordered mac & cheese. They went to the back to go get the mac & cheese brought it out when I got the bill they had billed me for the fries I went upfront to pay for the food. I explained to them we did not order that fry that it was mistakenly given to us and the waitress Said well that’s not what’s in my book and started getting really sassy. She said she would take it off this one time and took off the one fry swiped my card slammed the papers down in front of me for me to sign and just walked off. Did not even proceed to say have a good day or anything as I was signing my paper I said well she already took the card and swiped it. I’m not leaving my papers behind with my credit card information just laying out. I wanted to leave this and I will plan on calling today. A store manager to explain explain on how how rude my waitress was to me and my family.

Have only eaten here twice. Once was several years ago and the food was mediocre at best. Decided to try again because we wanted hot chicken chunks. Got home and they tasted completely bland like they weren’t tossed in sauce at all, shown in first picture. So I called and they told me to bring them back in. I feel like I was super nice about it for someone who’s always iffy on sending food back for fear of it being tampered with. I was told that the wings actually were tossed in sauce but they absorbed the sauce because it’s a buttery sauce. Maybe I shouldn’t compare to different restaurants, but when I worked at Angie’s firehouse tavern and would get chicken chunks tossed, the sauce would be visible and would get on your fingers when picked up, and the sauce would be on there hours later, so I don’t know if I’m being gas lit but they did end up giving me more sauce to just dip them in which is why I gave 5 stars for service. But I stand by my one star because the food here just isn’t worth it. I dipped one and set it aside to see if it would still be covered or absorbed after 15 or so minutes, and after waiting, you could still see and taste the sauce. So lesson here is, if you order chicken chunks, don’t get them tossed because you’ll be wasting your money. They’re extremely bland if that’s what they’re “supposed” to look and taste like and not worth the money. I thought frickers was supposed to be well known for their chicken. For reference they are supposed to be tossed in hot sauce. First picture is before I returned and the other pictures are after with sauce poured on them. Are they always this bland looking when you ask for tossed or was I bamboozled?

The food was pretty decent. Its bar food but definitely better than your average bar food. Our waitress was nice but she kind of forgot to check on us for the most part. Took awhile to get refills on our waters to the point where we didn't know if we were supposed to go refill them ourselves at some fountain station or not. I hadn't been there in about 10+ years and my wife hadn't been there for a few years so wasn't sure if they changed that process. I ordered wings and fries -they were pretty good. My wife ordered a small steak with wings and fries. Her steak didnt have any seasoning to where she had to keep adding pepper and salt to it. And they forgot to sauce her buffalo wings with sauce. They took them back and tossed them. Over all wasn't terrible but could've been better since they were practically dead.

Been coming here two, three times a month for over 27 years never a bad meal until today. Order nacho supreme and chicken wings every time and ice cold draft beer. The nachos were stale and soggy, the wings were lukewarm and the draft was flat. What the heck happened and waitress she was so slow maybe that’s why everything was terrible. I’ll miss you Fricker’s

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said.
My recent visit to 100 Degree Restaurant was incredibly disappointing—not just because of the food and service, but because of the atmosphere and how the staff seemed to be treated. The workers looked absolutely miserable—exhausted, overwhelmed, and visibly unhappy to be there. It felt like they were under an unreasonable amount of pressure, and it showed in the service and overall vibe of the place.
No one looked like they wanted to be there, and honestly, it made the entire experience uncomfortable. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when you’re watching employees being pushed to the edge.
Management seriously needs to do better. If you want to run a successful restaurant, start by taking care of your staff. A healthy work environment makes a huge difference—not only for your employees but for your customers too. I hope this place reevaluates its priorities, because right now, it feels like profit is coming before people.
Do better and fix the AC.

Food was not fresh nor good and I came at ten pm, my fries were soggy took forever to come and my wings were as well just nasty with no flavor. My waitress was nice I enjoyed her but the food could be better, probably came during the wrong time. My sliders were tiny and the meat was hard. I got sick afterwards.
Cold/ undercooked food and service was horrible. I will not be going back. They need some serious help fixing their problems at this location.
Great service, great food. No complaints. We watched the horse race and that was fun. Thank you.
Chicken wings keep getting smaller all the time as the price goes Up
