Ordered a steak sandwich to go. Not certain what cut of beef it was, but it was pretty tough. It was cooked to medium, as I requested, but very chewy. I also ordered grilled onions on it. I would recommend that you peel the onions a little more so that you're not serving the skin to your customers.

Ordered and paid online through DoorDash, had order confirmation receipt and text messages. That my order was received and was ready to pick up. Went to pick up my order and was told they never got my order and acted like it was no big deal and wasn’t interested in trying to help rectifying the problem. Very poor customer service.

It was a to go order. I order for pickup often. Have problems getting an answer if I get an answer on the phone I've been put on hold and no one ever picks phone up. This order I got there almost ten minutes past time I was told. There was no one in the check out and pick up area. No one showed up for seven minutes or more, that's after I started checking how long I was waiting. I eventually stopped a waitress from a nearby table and she checked for my order at checkout area and went to kitchen, I think? She could not find my order anywhere and said she would find someone. Waited a few more minutes and just left,had enough at that point. Went somewhere else through a drive through somewhere else. The food is always great and eating inside is enjoyable usually, it's pretty busy at times and that's understandable when packed full. I love the food but to go orders can be a real pain in the butt.

I'm just not a fan of Frickers. This location is very dark, no doubt hoping to hide how dirty it was, the chicken is sub par and these nachos were really not great. I should have known when the server couldn't tell me what was in the "meat sauce" that I shouldn't order. 1 star would be given for the food (I've been here twice and each entree was equally bad) and ultimately 2 stars because they do have a full bar and fairly good service. But I definitely won't be returning. After two trips being equally disastrous I can't imagine why anyone would eat here.

This was my first trip here. Admittedly I didn't know what I was on for, I was invited by a friend. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious. We were a party of 7 well aged adults. They told us if we wanted to sit together we'd have to go find a table in the family section. It was much louder and much more obnoxious there with all the Ohioans turning their feral loose to sprint through the restaurant.Our server had to be on her last nerve. That poor woman was pulled in so many directions. But she never missed a beat, our food was fantastic, perfect as ordered, and she kept the drinks flowing all night. She needs a raise. Like 12% Frickers, get on it. The other customers in her section were reminiscent of Sarah Connors customers. I swear I was waiting for one of the spawn to drop an ice cream scoop in her apron. If thos poor woman didn't go home and shoot the neighbors barking dog she should be confirmed right now as a Saint.Any how, the food was great. I had the BBQ, bacon cheddar burger and the beef was larger than the big bun. I ordered a basket of onion straws and was stuffed by the time I left. Portions were great. Food was hot, tasted fresh, and just a pleasure to enjoy.The atmosphere would probably keep me away. It should be clear I don't like people much. But man if I'm hungry for a burger and willing to deal with the racket, I'll be back.
