My server was definitely not cut out for customer service. When she spoke it was like she was hanging out with her friends, and in-between she was incessantly snapping her gum (yes while taking my order).
The food was alright for a cheap greasy spoon place. I got something called spaghetti with chilli, which is apparently a very Ohio thing and it wasn't horrible. Would've been nice to have the cheese and garlic toast that was supposed to come with it.
Overall it's a step up from your typical fast food places but with worse customer service.

Gave us one slice of toast instead of two,and the eggs are completely cooked wrong. Forgot the fries had to go back in.we asked for extra onions. They charged for extra onions we got maybe 3 or 4 little bits of onions honestly can't recommend unless staff pick up act.

3111 Benchwood Rd is filthy, the workers completely ignore you when you walk in to pick up an order, it happened to me, flat out ignored, while the girl working tables was running ?♀️ she was the only one working, she was busy, she asked 3 times!!!! 3 times !!!! For the ones in the kitchen to help her and they flat out ignored her! I was there and saw it all, I felt sorry for her, I eventually left, with no food, I wanted to vomit This store has to go, you could see French fries, pieces of bread and dirty napkins all over the kitchen, all can be seen from the register. NASTY UNSANITARY LOCATION AND STAFF SUCKS!!!!!

The food was not what I expected... usually, this place keeps up with consistency and good service. But tonight was just awful. Only one waitress ran the floor, and the cook clearly didn't know how to cook bacon. Cause the bacon on my bacon cheese burger was hard as a rock.

So sad to see this long-time favorite go to crap. Soggy onion rings. Didn't get the coleslaw all for the wonderful price of 24. For two burgers onion rings and coleslaw. I miss the good old days. Cheaper and worlds better. Proves why they are all closing. I'll not eat here again. Work too hard to throw my money and food away.
I want sprite. The lady won't stay for more than 1 minute. Refills? Yeah, don't hold your breath. The food was mediocre. Check was wrong. GYAT! Don't come here.

Waitress was attentive and remembered our drink choices and offered refills when levels got low. Food was served quickly and was fresh & hot. Restaurant was nearly empty at dinnertime, thought that was odd.

Can't say a lot of good about this Benchwood location of Frisch's. Had to wait to get the servers attention before being seated in an area where there were several tables that had dirty dishes! Food was marginal, and when I asked for ketchup I was ignored. Server was preoccupied with who knows what. Also had to wait for 5 minutes at the counter to pay my bill. Unfortunate experience. Won't be going back!!
