excellent food, The hibachi grill is top-notch, would recommend it to anyone.
I ate here last night I was a little after 8:00 but all the food was cold and I was trying to find something to eat when I realized they were trying to close they did tell me to finish eating but there was nothing worth eating

Visited Sunday around noon.
I recommend to come when busy if you like your food HOT. This business is new and some improvements could benefit. Food selection is great, food temperature was mostly warm, music not aesthetically a match, expect to pay ($45.00 for two including drinks).

Visited for the first time tonight. Food options were ok; not plentiful. The hibachi grill was ok with limited items. The servers were good. My issue is my bill was $55 for 2 ppl. The meals were $40 & 2 lemonade were $5. My bill was $55. When I inquired, I was told that the bill included tip and tax. Tip in advance for 2 ppl? Never heard of that nor was it posted. When I signed the receipt, there was a spot to add a tip. This would have been tip #2. Not sure if was because we're AA or does EVERYONE tip in advance. I will never return to this place on principle alone.

18% gratuity being added before food and service. NO sign, NO notification, and NO receipt. Lots of customers are paying double tips without awareness. Won’t be back for any reason.

The sushi here is amazing, and they have plenty of options to choose from. All the food in the buffet is also really good, with a great variety. The hibachi part is definitely one of the best parts—it’s always delicious, and I really like that they let you season your own steak with a bunch of options they provide.
The atmosphere is okay, nothing too special, and the staff could be a bit nicer. But overall, the food is great, especially the sushi. The price is pretty average in my opinion—not too high since it's sushi, hibachi, and a buffet, but it’s definitely not cheap either.
If you’re looking for a place with great sushi and hibachi, this is worth checking out! 🍣🔥🥩

Greetings Saturday first time visiting from Atlanta with my son , the price without drinks , 19.99 per adult , now I was overcharged $49 near 50$ without drinks , I made a call about it today and they wouldn't take accountability they can't be lying I recorded the phone called when I called them and told me it was $44 without drinks , and then when I confronted him telling me the lady overcharged me near $50 for two meals without drinks , then then he started changing his story talking about that was the regular price and I told him he couldn't be charged me $25 per person and your sign say 19 99 without , no accountability and they straight up just rob me , and I will and I will be taking further action

*** UNETHICAL HIDDEN GRATUITY ALERT***
My friends and I used to love this buffet, especially for their fresh oysters and delicious sushi. Sometimes we visited with a group of 15-20 people. However, lately, we’ve noticed that the food isn’t as warm as it used to be. The most frustrating part is that they’ve started charging an 18% gratuity at the cash register without any prior notice—no signs or verbal warnings! We experienced the same situation twice! This has happened to us even when we were just a party of 2 or 3. If you don’t check the prices or ask about it, you might end up tipping twice! It feels deceptive. If you’re considering going there, make sure to check the prices and request an itemized receipt! This situation have happened twice to us!! We’re really unsure if we should return to this restaurant. We also noticed that it’s not as busy as it used to be, and customer numbers seem to be declining. We’re very sad about their service, we used to really like this restaurant and we always tips well.

My husband and I knew we weren't going to get high quality food when we tried this place, but it was pretty low quality. If you enjoy cheap takeout Chinese food, then it will be fine for you. They do have a decent amount of selection.

To whom it may concern:
We have been to Fuji Grill Hibachi & Sushi Buffet on Kingsridge Road Dayton, Ohio several times and I have to say when we first started going the food and service was very good. Unfortunately the last few times we have went the food has been cold and hard and we have had to wait for sometime for everything to get refilled. The most recent trip was the worst, we met some friends there and they put the tip on my bill after I asked the lady not to do that, then she didn’t give me my bill so I had to ask for it and that is when I found out they had put the tip on my bill. The food was very slow coming out, the cooks would not put any crab legs out until the lady behind the cash register told them they could. I asked the lady about the crab legs and she kept saying they were not ready and there was several customers waiting for them. Then she finally went and got them out and as she sat them down she took the tongs and filled a huge plate for herself and she asked me how I like them. “She then preceded to tell me she likes them also and wanted to eat”. I really thought that was an injustice since she works there or even owns the place, but she should not have put herself in front of the customers that were waiting. After that fiasco they did not put anymore crablegs out. If they don’t want us to eat crablegs, they should take them off the menu. They are putting gratuity on your bill and not telling you and then the ladies do not even get you drinks. I am very displeased with the service, tipping, and just in general how the place is ran. It could be a really nice restaurant but something needs to be done about how it is being ran. Thanks for your time, hopefully the next time we try it things will be better.

I’ve visited this establishment a few times since they’ve been open. I mainly come for the crab legs in which they do a good job with keeping them on the buffet. Myself and many friends and family have all agreed the food on the buffet is not hot, but some reason every item I get temperature is if it’s cool or lukewarm. They really need to find a way to adjust the temperatures on the bar. Of course you don’t want the temperatures so hot to burn customers mouth or cause injuries. But the temperatures should be set to where customers feel like there meal just came from the oven or stove. The ladies who work at the cash register are never pleasant and friendly and always look annoyed.

They wouldn't honor they're own coupon. on special days they trick you by doubling the price and saying its the dinner menu which is the same, food tastes like it has been sitting out for hours, I hardly seen the waitress, food was cold and tasteless
