One of my go to places for lunch pickup. I love their salmon and tuna rice bowls. You can make 2 meals out of the portion size. Everything always tastes fresh and orders are filled quickly. Place is clean and staff is nice. I also love their rewards program and management actually reads and responds to your comments.
If it’s in season, try their Curry Chicken Rice bowl! It’s sooooo good! Wish it was a regular menu item.

It was a Sunday evening around 7:30 pm. There was a line of eight people ahead of me waiting to place their order. Service was quick and I waited no more than 10 minutes. I order their signature role: spicy tuna roll. I did not make any changes or adjustments to the restaurant recipe. The cost is $12.25, not bad for sushi. The rolls were tasty. But it did not taste like sushi should taste. The texture of the sticky rice was a bit tough in my opinion. Additionally the spiceness was too strong which overcomes the delicate taste of the tuna, rather than enhancing it. In summary, the rolls were pleasing to eat, but if you expect a sushi like the one made in sushiya (sushi places) you will be disappointed.

My order was ready as soon as o got there and someone came up and asked me right away if I was there for pick up. She went over and handed me the bag and told me to have a goodnight. Best and quickest experience I’ve had at fusian and the first time I’ve been to brown.
I came in to get my girlfriend and I food, the place was empty and their line was a total mess. We ordered anyway. We started eating and the food was so rotten and the onions were so soggy and strong the taste was in my mouth for hours. We picked apart our food and the manager decided to not give us a refund. I called and asked if I could before I drove back down there. They had switched out the entire line, and said no everything is fresh. The fish was sitting in water. When she put it in my bowl a bunch of water went into my rice and made it pink. The manager was rude and wouldn’t give me a refund BCUS we picked it apart trying to eat something. I got pretty upset with how rude the manager was about the situation.

Just stood at the counter for 6 minutes, waiting for someone to come from the back and wait on me. NO one. Saw one staff person put something in the walkin freezer and go back behind the wall. Two door dash people came in, had to go around the counter to pick up their own deliveries. No one ever came out front to see if there were customers. That's my limit. 6 minutes is along time to wait to see if anyone is even working there. Left. Went to Potbelly. You lost my business today and in the future.

I've only had fusion twice. But it was great! The food was good and the staff was very chill and helpful. I rarely eat sushi after a horrible experience years ago at a different sushi restaurant. But this is a pretty good place to enjoy sushi and I haven't gotten ill either time I've been there. So that's a win for me!
