I eat fusion multiple times a week! Whether it’s through DoorDash, pickup, or dine in the food is always made correctly and delicious. Fusion is my favorite go to food. I could eat here every day. Plus the staff is always super friendly!

I've been to this location 4 times. The first and 3rd time was the best experience. The service was excellent with great personalities behind the counter. The rice was fresh and excellent. They were able to create a sushi burrito which was awesome! And the roll didn't fall apart. They really knew how to make it. The 2nd time the rice was stale and a bit undercooked, but the service was still good. I was a bit disappointed to have had paid $10 for a roll that had bad rice, but I figured I probably got the bottom rice. My last experience was good, but the person who rolled the sushi didn't really roll it tight and it was really messy. It was pretty much all over the outside of the box that they put it in. Not trying to be picky, but presentation is part of the experience. When I tried to eat it, it literally just fell apart. Overall, my experience has been good and I really do love their food. I think quality control on the rice and being mindful of the way you roll would make this even better. You guys are a great restaurant. Keep it! ?

I used to be an employee at this establishment and walked out because of the blatant disrespect from higher ups and by other employees. I just walked in to say hi to old coworkers/friends and I saw a new worker apparently her name is Amy. She proceeded to act very immaturely, apparently this has been a common theme since she got there. I've also heard from friends who think i still work there also reach out to me complaining about her. This place has gone way downhill. If you don't want a workplace that has people in positions of power praying on your downfall and talking about you behind your back, and legitimately planning on how to fire you when they don't know how to do their jobs, I advise not to work here. If you don't want to support a company that treats its workers like ABSOLUTE dogs, don't eat here. Hopefully Rachel, Steven, and whoever else gets their stuff together. xxx
What is better than cool Fusian sushi on a hot day? Capable staff. No BS. Just good service and tasty food. A liquor license would be great.

If we could give more than 5 stars for service, we would! My dad and I decided to try Fusion for the first time. The food was delicious, but the customer service was outstanding! The manager, Abby, and the team quickly greeted us with smiles on their faces. Abby offered suggestions and explanations to the menu in great detail. She was a great leader and role model for her team as well. Abby’s kindness was even more appreciated as we are dealing with a family member’s terminal illness. Abby was a bright spot in our day. We will definitely be back to eat and encourage others to visit Fusion Centerville!
Love how friendly the staff is, always good people. This is one of my son's favorite restaurants he gets the California roll and strawberry lemonade. ..I absolutely LOVE their cucumber salad side dish! I definitely recommend giving them a try if you're a sushi fan.

Ok, this place looks like it gets a bad wrap (haha) so I thought I’d through this in. Normally it’s just ok and I feel the bad rap it gets, but have never given a bad review. Today I walked in and someone immediately said hi. I hv a gluten intolerance and hate being that guy, but it was not a problem for the guy and he continued to be friendly throughout. Anyway, I am very thankful for workers and thought I’d give them a shout out. Thanks for being at the J. O. B. today and at the place that serves up some of the best fast sushi around here.

We've come to this location for years-- ever since it opened. The staff acts like they're annoyed that you're there. They ignore you until they're good and ready to wait on you. Today, the person stood there and looked at me until I realized she was waiting for me to order. Didn't say a word to me. Save yourself the aggravation and order ahead through the new app, so you don't have to be treated like this! The food is always fresh and yummy. My kids like the PB&J roll on a soy wrap (no taste to the soy wrap). I like the raw tuna. Their ginger salad dressing is delicious.
