This local Panera has really impressed me. I've been here multiple times since they opened, and have consistently been pleased with their food execution and service. I usually get a latte and their Steak and Wake breakfast sandwich. This time I ordered the lunch sandwich (Italian) and soup (chicken noodle) combo with a drink and chips. It was a LOT of food, all really nice. I'll try their half sandwich option next time.

Online order - fruit cup. Twice I got it expired. Third time no date on it and the yogurt was curdled and juices were brown. Absolutely disgusting. “Manager said that was weird.”Still No one cared for the quality of the food before putting in the bag. I also ordered through their website. I’ve worked in food and was manger for years. It’s managers’ duty to check that.

Warning: Disappointing New Chicken Frontega Sandwich
I recently tried the new Chicken Frontega sandwich recipe , and I must say, I was quite let down. The flavor profile is lacking, and the creaminess that used to make this sandwich enjoyable seems to have vanished. The chicken itself is bland and unseasoned, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and a bit disheartened. Bring back the old recipe.

Placed an order for a bagel pack, brownie, cookie and latte. I arrived after the confirmed pick up time but my order was not ready. I understood since I had placed a larger order. When I arrived I received an email stating that my order was delayed. I sat down and waited. After about 10 minutes, my order status changed from prepping to ready, but I saw no part of my order on the rapid pick up shelf. So I approached the counter and explained that I was notified that order was ready. The young lady began looking around and realized another young lady had just started filling the order. She let me know that she just needed to slice and toast the bagels. I waited another 10 minutes or so when I was informed that they were out of plain bagels. I asked for an additional asiago and cinnamon crunch. She brought the order to the counter and I asked about the cream cheese as well as my latte. She checked the fridge and stated she needed to go to the back. She returns, bags then up and politely says here you go. So, I ask again for my latte. She looks around and goes toward the kitchen. She returns and asks, "is it Carmel?" I reply yes. She goes back and comes back again with a cup that I'd seen sitting in the pick up window when I arrived. I normally have a great experience at this Panera but was disappointed today. Not only was I late returning from work but also realized, when I sat the bagels out, that I only had 12 instead of 13 and only had 2 cinnamon crunch when there should have been 3. 🙁
The booths are a bit uncomfortable due to worn out seats. The coffee is often out or low and the drinks tend to be watered down. It's still Panera Bread so it's high quality food. Just a slightly less quality version of it.

Nice place just like any other Panera. The poor girl taking our order was new and got it wrong. Poor thing was very frustrated and no one was helping her. Not sure if that was because they were short on help or what. She had gotten another order wrong, too, so we didn't say anything. I just hoped she decided to stay with the job. She was trying her best in the
situation.

Waited 35 min for a pickup order that was a sandwich and soup. After asking for food or a refund (I was working) , the manager said “we only have 4 people ” and “you’ll get a refund your card” slammed the window in my face. I have worked in a restaurant before and understand these workers deserve some grace but this was just a lack of effort. Gonna eat a candy bar and move on I guess. UPDATE: 2 weeks later has to make a second call about a refund still no refund or foo
update 2: after 3 phone calls and 2 months no refund was ever issued. I disputed with my credit card company and finally got my money. But I went from never wanting to eat THIS Panera to ANY Panera during the experience. Truly the most lackluster customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Zero effort all across the board.
