The employees are very friendly and they prepare the food well. The issue I have is more with the price of the food. The prices are high for what you get.

This has to be the slowest Panara around. If you want to sit in the drive through for 45 mins waiting for your order, this is the place. Then when you get your food, it won't be right! It is a salad, how hard is it to screw that up?

Got the same sandwich I always get. The Mediterranean Veggie. It was so badly put together and just fell apart before I even started eating. Panera is normally good, but this one sucks. Just drive alittle farther, imma drive to the greene in beavercreek for all future buissness. They also failed to mention multiple items were substituted.

I went into this Panera to place a take out order. The time was about 4:30PM and the place was not busy. There was no one at the order counter, but there was a gentleman behind the “baking counter” placing cookies on a baking tray. The gentleman could definitely see me as he was facing the counter. The gentleman never acknowledged me, nor called out for some one to come to the order counter to take my order. I wanted a few minutes, but as I needed to get going I reluctantly went it the order kiosks and placed an order.
I am an order person and I honestly would like the personal touch by talking to a real person.
As I waited for my order, someone did finally step up to the order counter, I said “a little late” for a personal order.
As I left with my order I “thanked” the baking gentleman for “acknowledging” me when I arrived.
Dayton - Xenia Road Panera do better. The fact no one acknowledged me, even though I was basically standing right in front of the person is bad service.
I almost left, but I was in my way home and wanted food.

Store was very cleanly— dining area, drink station, and bathroom were all well maintained and stocked. The employees were very kind and service was quick! Food was yummy. Big props to management. I definitely recommend the orange scone if they have them made. They are scrumptious! 😋

I waited over a half an hour in the drive-through before I even got to order. It wasn’t even a long line; there were two cars in front of me. They forgot one of the things I ordered when I finally got my food. When I saw into the drive-through window, there was one person working hard, and everyone else was just dragging their feet or on their phone. I’ve worked customer service before and have worked fast food and I’m normally not the type of person to judge a slow line but this was actually so ridiculous.

I was there getting a soda and went to wash my hands first cause I just got done filling up my car. There was an employee at the urinal who followed me out, no hand washing, right out the door and into the kitchen area. yuck.

This local Panera has really impressed me. I've been here multiple times since they opened, and have consistently been pleased with their food execution and service. I usually get a latte and their Steak and Wake breakfast sandwich. This time I ordered the lunch sandwich (Italian) and soup (chicken noodle) combo with a drink and chips. It was a LOT of food, all really nice. I'll try their half sandwich option next time.
Online order - fruit cup. Twice I got it expired. Third time no date on it and the yogurt was curdled and juices were brown. Absolutely disgusting. “Manager said that was weird.”Still No one cared for the quality of the food before putting in the bag. I also ordered through their website. I’ve worked in food and was manger for years. It’s managers’ duty to check that.

I recently tried the new Chicken Frontega sandwich recipe , and I must say, I was quite let down. The flavor profile is lacking, and the creaminess that used to make this sandwich enjoyable seems to have vanished. The chicken itself is bland and unseasoned, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and a bit disheartened. Bring back the old recipe.
