I’m not one to leave bad reviews but let me just tell you this place needs to step it up. I called to double check if they were open and whoever I spoke to was being kinda rude but gave me the time when they would close so it didn’t bother me. But when I got there it was closed. It’s crazy how online says it’s open and the person I talked to also said the same thing just to be closed. I love their cookies but kinda rude ngl. This company needs to do better about keeping customers informed if they want people to order from them. Hoping for an improvement for the next time I think about going. For now I guess I’ll just stick with crumble.

Love the cookies, 1 thing to be mindful of people with nut allergies, should have separate tongs for the cookies with nuts

I just have to laugh… what is this?! Who trained these cake decorators?! 5 stars because it was just a kid working who decorated this but really??!! I’ll jazz it up when I get home but you can’t tell me they looked at this after decorating and thought “yup, that’s a winner” ??

This is the best place to come for awesome cookie cakes! They have awesome flavor and not too sweet. We love the sugar cookie cakes and the chocolate chip with m&m! They have a cookie cake for any occasion and you can create your own online and pick up in store later! Highly recommend they also have regular size cookies 5 for 6.95

Took a women a meet out for our first date at a restaurant down the road (New El Toro)Before going I bought her a happy Valentine’s Day cookie in a card they were promoting for Valentine’s Day.Long story short, the cookie seemed like it was pre-made a day before and she had me try a piece.It was Hard and very thin less then quarter inch, I could since her displeasure with the simple gift.Needless to Say it’s now two days after and she isn’t returning my messages.Try before you buy or you may lose out on someone you really wanted to get to know and learn more about.

I went to this location this evening and was extremely disappointed and down right angry.The employee girl with short black hair and glasses was so rude and just lazy.I asked for one of the icing sandwich cookies. She said “I can’t make those right now.” No explanation, nothing. I explained to her what I wanted, half double choc chip cookie and half snickerdoodle cookie(I thought she might have misheard me) and she said the same thing again. I looked at her confused because those are on the menu and she didn’t say WHY she couldn’t make them. Then she just started grabbing the cookies with attitude and went to make them. But she didn’t make what I asked for. So she angrily tossed them in the trash and made what I originally wanted. If she wouldn’t have walked away while I explaining the first time then she would have known. The other employee girl walked up to the register and I asked her why they “weren’t able to make them right now”. She said that they were able to. Then the other girl chimed in and said “because we have a BIG rush right now”. I looked behind me at the THREE people in line. BIG RUSH?! Honey, if you can’t handle four customers, you need to just leave. I then replied to her, “well, what I ordered is literally on the menu overhead so that’s not my problem.” Horrible customer service. Based off of reading the MANY other 1 star reviews, I suggest hiring better people who offer better service.

I was recently there and the cookies was horrible. They tasted like cleaning products. The sad thing about it was that I waited till we got home for the kids to enjoy and had to toss them due to the taste. Very disappointed

No one was wearing a mask even though they were preparing my food. I did not feel safe bringing this treat home for my family.I would like great American cookies to require either proof of vaccination or continue to require masks for food service workers
