The extra large decorative birthday cookie...so THIN YOU COULDN'T PUT A CANDLE IN IT....LOST THIS CUSTOMER

I had ordered a birthday cookie cake , but it was not decorated like I had expected, so I asked if I could just get a plain cookie cake to decorate myself. The gentlemen told me that he would decorate me another one and it “would” look like the picture that he didn’t want me to decorate my own cake. He did a fabulous job and offered us the other cake as well. He was truly empathetic to our situation and was a blessing!

I splurged and got my son a domino cookie flavored cookie cake for his birthday since those are his favorite kind. I paid almost $55 for it. It was terrible. Very thin and hard as a rock. It looked nice but it was very disappointing to pay so much for such poor quality. I won’t make that mistake again.

NO PRICES ON ANYTHING. Stop being lazy put your prices poor ethics.

We stood and waited for over 7 mins while the employees had a side conversation about some issue with someone cake order. I said are you guys gonna even acknowledge your customers and tell us just a moment? I mean you’ve lost one customer already? The “owner” stated they were having an issue and they would get to us when they were done I said well you could’ve said that instead of just making us stand here while it looks like you guys are gossiping. The guy in front of me walked away because they took so long and when I asked for the workers name and stated I was calling corporate she stated “I’m the owner of the company so you don’t need my name” lol that’s exactly why I need your name…. She was rude and honestly won’t come back to this location or may go to crumbl from now on. Ew.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers are so rude and have so much attitude. I work in customer service and have never interacted with a customer the way these workers do. Definitely don’t recommend.

I don’t know why employee had to be rude about wanting a water cup for my child while saying I would purchase something. Good thing I went elsewhere!

Would’ve given one star but the associate was friendly which is rare these days. I got a cookie slice & Coke and the Coke was flat as can be and the cookie slice had been sitting there. I’m guessing at least overnight, but possibly a couple days because it was hard and falling apart and not at all fresh like you typically get here. Prices continue to rise everywhere and quality continues to decrease. Unfortunately, it seems to be this way everywhere anymore.

My girlfriend got me a cookie cake over a week ago and it still tastes the same as it did the first day. Delicious. Also the cookie cakes are huge.

Wow! This place has been around forever and it's definitely the "don't mess with a good thing" vibe!Thank you to the girls who helped us yesterday. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service here is always awesome, especially lately!

I had to give this one star in order to post a review if I had the option it would be a zero! **DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE** I just had a conversation with the owner who says he owns ALL Great American Cookie Companies. After returning home, I realized that the cake was not what I ordered. I called and spoke to the person working. I was told to bring the cake back and they would scrape the icing off and redo the cake. (Which is not convenient to have to go back to the mall to get a cookie that is wrong because their staff made it wrong) When I asked the owner what they would do with the cake I had taken home he said they would resell the cake to someone else. I stated that with COVID I was under the impression that anything that left a restaurant was supposed to be thrown away. He proceeded to tell me that COVID is over per CDC Guidelines and that they will take the cake I have and sell it to someone else. I was so grossed out by this because I would never want to buy a cookie cake that had been transported from the mall to another persons home and back to the mall. I just wanted people to know because this is common practice for all of his companies so be careful when you buy food from here it could have already been purchased and brought back.

The lady was so nice and that praline cookie is DELICIOUS!!

Ordered through doordash with my daughter Emma C....the cookie was so stale and the white icing was so hard stale and crumbled in pieces falling off the stale cookie.....Not a happy customer
