I bought 3 gyros an one Greek fry?The lamb meat was a little overcooked. Fries weren't my taste. Could have been they just weren't busy that day. There weren't a lot of people in there would I go back no.

Do not come here, there was pieces of hair in my sandwich, clearly with the lettuce. Such a waste of money, I took one bite and the rest went in the garbage. Never coming here again, do not recommend

Gyro Palace Review

The Gyro Supreme was acceptable in the way a shrug is acceptable. The rice was overcooked into a soft, beige reminder that joy is optional.

Now, the baklava. This wasn’t baklava—it was a moist historical artifact. Soft, congealed, and fused together like it had been stored under witness protection for months. Eating it felt less like dessert and more like uncovering evidence. If I could delete this baklava from my memory, I’d sleep better at night. Unfortunately, I now have to live with the knowledge that somewhere in the world, this is being sold to people on purpose.

I regret my curiosity. Avoid the baklava unless you’re conducting a study.

We used Uber Eats, so we cannot rate atmosphere.

We ordered a full Mediterranean spread from Gyro Palace for Christmas dinner. While the service was prompt, the food was a mix of great fresh options and disappointing sides.

The Wins:
Chicken Shawarma ($11.49). David’s favorite; he found the chicken delicious and well-seasoned.

Veggie Pita: This felt like a fresh bite of summer. I loved the 'fresh and crunch' from the crisp cucumbers, onions, and bright peppers.

Falafel Spice ($8.99). Although the falafel wasn't for everyone, I personally really enjoyed the spice blend in the filling.

The Losses:
Spinach Pie ($4.00). A major disappointment with no taste at all, despite looking golden and flaky.

Baklava ($3.00). While the texture was soft, it lacked that authentic, deep baklava taste I’ve grown to love.

Dolmades ($7.99) These were the biggest letdown, mushy in texture and overly sour.

Bottom Line, great for a quick, high-protein shawarma or a fresh veggie fix, but the traditional sides and pastries fell flat.

this place is absolutely delicious! i went here at 1am on a saturday night and it was surprisingly very busy, we waited awhile for our food because of the large party in front of us, but i just wanted to eat inside while it was fresh!

so worth the wait, id highly recommend the original gyro meat, rice bowl and greek fries! it was all delicious! the gyro meat was tender and everything was very flavorful

I ordered online so I could just pick it up and go. The gyro meat was very dry like it had sat out all day. They might have been able to hide how dry it was if they would have put the tzatziki sauce on it like they should have. Had to pick off brown cucumbers! Will only order in the future if I have time to go inside and look at the meat and watch them make it.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING ON FAMILY WEEKEND. The chicken shawarma gave my group food poisoning, the gyro meat did not. Do yourself a favor a don’t test your luck here, the food isn’t worth it.

Best chicken shawarma in the game! Highly recommend you try it!!! Also the desserts are delicious. The chocolate cake reminds of the fudge cake from Frisch's. This restaurant gets constant doordash orders and stays fairly busy inside as well, so please have patience with the staff! Gyro Palace is a win every single time, try it today!

I don't even know where to start, between the owner, and the rest of the staff there you are warmly greeted, the smells coming from the kitchen make you salivate. This is absolutely a go to spot for me now! The food is incredible the prices are legit.

THE WORST GYRO I EVER HAD AND THE MEAT WAS COLD. I'LL SPENT $40 AND THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE FOOD AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND PATRONIZE.
