I ordered a pizza and never received it. The next day I called and the person on the phone said that at night they don’t come up to the apartment door and that the delivery person had tried to call me twice. I told him that is ridiculous. Every other delivery person comes up the stairs to my apartment. I started getting upset and he told me I needed to watch how I was taking to him. I told him I wanted my pizza and he said it would be an hour. I have an appointment in an hour and might not be here. He hung up on me.

Waited over and hour an a half for one pizza ordered from uber eats. Finally got it, and the sauce is god awful. Its really thick and doesnt even look like pizza sauce. Cheese blend quality is sub par as well. My kid said that it tastes worse than little ceasers, and it was $17??? Never eating here again.

Our pizza took over an hour on DoorDash, not surprising for a Friday night. Our pizza literally smelled and tasted like rotten fish. We couldn’t even eat any of it. $70 worth of food in the trash! Never again.

My order (placed online) on March 27, 2025 was cancelled when the store did not have the toppings I wanted. The store told me that my card would be refunded but 2 months, several calls and emails later and I still never got a refund!!! Manager says I have to deal with the online app and the online app says the store cancelled the order so they have to refund the pizza to my card and they keep passing me around. No customer satisfaction here, and who knows…. The pizza could be fabulous, but who knows? Terrible business practice! Either provide me with a pizza or refund my money…. THIEVES!
