I went to order my calzone and they extremely Went up in prices two dollars per topping. you can’t even a free topping just cheese… I’m not paying almost $20 for a calzone. Lost a customer 💔

Our pizza took over an hour on DoorDash, not surprising for a Friday night. Our pizza literally smelled and tasted like rotten fish. We couldn’t even eat any of it. $70 worth of food in the trash! Never again.

My order (placed online) on March 27, 2025 was cancelled when the store did not have the toppings I wanted. The store told me that my card would be refunded but 2 months, several calls and emails later and I still never got a refund!!! Manager says I have to deal with the online app and the online app says the store cancelled the order so they have to refund the pizza to my card and they keep passing me around. No customer satisfaction here, and who knows…. The pizza could be fabulous, but who knows? Terrible business practice! Either provide me with a pizza or refund my money…. THIEVES!

My order arrived 25 minutes late and I'm pretty sure they lied to me.
I called 2 hours early and asked for a 7:45pm delivery of 5 pizzas. I called back at 7:55 to ask if there were any issues since my pizza hadn't arrived. They told me it was already out for delivery. The pizza didn't arrive until 8:10. This was on a Wednesday night for a kids basketball team to celebrate their last game. So I had a bunch of bored 7 & 8 year old's anxiously waiting for food and also needing to get home because it was a school night. I chose Happy's because they are only 4 minutes from my location, yet the pizza still arrived 15 minutes AFTER they said it was on it's way. So they either lied to me or the driver made a huge detour on his way to deliver my already late pizza. Thankfully the pizza was still warm and it was actually pretty good. It's a shame the service didn't match the quality of the pizza.

Just ordered rib tips and a pizza. The lady was putting my card in manually which was suspicious and saying it was declined my account statement doesn’t even show it was declined from there had my name under someone named Lashonda I don’t even know who that is. Rib tips was nothing but bones no meat. Pizza was greasy as hell topping including the the cheese was sliding off it was so greasy haven’t ordered there in a while my 8 year old threw away her pizza it was so nasty very mad especially for the price I paid. Very dissatisfied

I just door dashed some food from here. I’ve ordered from this place before and it tasted great. But today, I ordered a medium meat pizza, a cat fish po boy, cheesy sticks, and a slice of carrot cake, not only did I not receive the cheesy sticks, or the slice of carrot cake, I didn’t even receive my pizza. Just the cat fish po boy. The picture the dasher provided me from within the actual store proved he was only given the bag with the po boy in it and nothing else. So from my 50+ dollar order I only received one item. And if that wasn’t enough, I have a slight shrimp allergy. After eating some of the po boy, I started having an allergic reaction, telling me it was contaminated with shrimp. This is a major health concern, as if I had been deathly allergic to shrimp I would be in a very different situation right now. It’s completely pitiful that 75 percent of my order was missing and honestly kind of frightening that they have no respect for cleanliness, especially with food items that are common allergens. They have been reported to the health department. I hope they get hit hard.

Love this place, employees are always attentive, never had an order be incorrect. Pizza is probably the best I've had in Dayton ( sorry Joe 's) they are occasionally a little longer than expected but not excessively so and I've never received a cold pizza. Prices are kind of steep but the coupons make for a great deal. Menu has very good variety , chicken,shrimp,fish,ribs,beef tips, salads and portions are good. Everything I've tried has been good. Pizza is definitely extraordinary
Took 3 hours and I was promised fresh food it’s completely cold no compensation either

I ordered the advertised buy 1 large pizza get a 1 lb order of wings but when I got there and payed and came home I noticed they charged me for the wings:^(

Placed an order for a chese pizza do not cut and when arrived it was completely the opposite and super sloppy. The lady who took my order over the phone had an attitude so I'm guessing they did this on purpose. I will never order from them. They the type to do things to your food when they are having a bad day
