Out of napkins! Pic on display shows biscuits and gravy combo w tater tots, sausage and 1biscuit! Listing of price is for combo! I ordered combo and got 1 biscuit, cup of gravy, luke warm tater tots! This store has SEVERLY GONE DOWN FOR YEARS! Most generally they dont have personnell enough to give prompt service ! I girl working drive ghru AND counter at same time! Shut this store DOWN, or get Corporate involved! I also wasnt offered a reciept ! Bad quality!

I initially had a poor experience at this location because my order was incorrect and the service was lacking. However, when I returned to speak with the manager, they kindly remade my order fresh. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful.

Pulled up at 6:15 a.m. no one answered us on the drive-thru and two employees were sitting in the car in front of the store with their headsets on refusing to help anybody Don't go to this location because obviously customers showing up are not what they intended this morning they'd rather sit in their car on their phone and ignore customers.

Every time I come here it’s gotten worse, my most recent adventure cost me 23 minutes for a Junior Burger and Medium fry. I was one of two cars in line… no others in the store. Not sure what’s going on but hope it’s fixed soon. Used to be a great stop before work.

I had the worst experience at this location that I have ever experienced in my life. Several months back, my wife and I went here to grab breakfast. First thing I would say when we came through the drive-through, we got a bunch of bad attitudes from the drive-through people. When we received our food, it was cold and it was wrong. My wife had to go to work so we didn’t have time to fix it at that moment so I called the store back to see about getting a refund for the cold food. The individual I spoke with was rude and told me I had to come in at a certain time When Manager was present. So I came back in the early afternoon and brought the food back, and the manager on duty was combative and disrespectful. She accused me And would not give me a full refund only gave me a half refund even though all the food was there in the bag. I asked for corporate’s number to file the complaint and she refused to give it to me. I tried to make a complaint online and the website does not allow me to make a complaint efficiently . Therefore due to the lack of professionalism, The attitude of the managers And staff, we will never visit this Hardee’s ever again. If this Hardee’s is a representation of the other Hardee’s around, why would I ever want to eat at Hardee’s ever again?

Fast, crispy fries. Birger was good. Patties were not cookss to order. It is fast food. And it came fast. No ketchup for the fries, they said they were out. No offer to make a side cup. Kinda lame.

They smothered our burgers that we ordered plain with mustard. Then refused to refund it because we didn’t trust them to make our food again. @Hardees I guess we’re going to stick to @
