Visited this place as part of the Dayton Ale Trail and it’s certainly not the worst brewery on the trail. Beer was decent and as a local brewery I can imagine it would be a great stop.
Being a small brewery it can be understandable that the beer is a bit weak, but combine that with a really rough payment process and it unfortunately makes the experience drop. They will take cash, but it’s 2024… my card swipes anywhere else and my friends brand new card still took a few attempts. They don’t offer tap, chip, nor do they allow you card details to be input manually.
I would love to leave four stars, but the whole experience left me wishing things were better. Cool themes with Dayton’s history in flight though.
Great local and family owned establishment. Perfect location and fun events. Definitely check them out and their specially made brews!
I tried a pair of the beers here, and both were very nice and drinkable. I think Earn Your Wings was probably my favorite. The flight theme of the place is also pretty cool, and it was fun watching their screen showing all the flights in the area. Seemed like a really nice brewery.
It's a small place but they some good brews and a very friendly staff. As you might guess, they have an aviation theme.
Jp7 west coast ipa is the best.
Very chill place with attentive staff! Great location and you can bring your own food. I had a sniffler of the Belgian beer and it was really good. I love the decor which is related to Dayton's heritage of flight ✈️
Falcón Project is delicious. It’s a hazy. We interrupted trivia when we walked in last night. The vibe from the bartender and staff was off. They didn’t want us ordering from the bar during trivia. I probably won’t head back again until we need next year's Dayton ale trail stamp. ?
Cozy little brewery with a friendly staff and very drinkable beers. I was pleasantly surprised with every drink we ordered. I’d definitely frequent this place more often if I lived closer.
This is an absolute gem. Nick is good people and did a great job of explaining and educating me on the beers they have on tap, offered plenty of samples and recommendations. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and check out the brewery.
The tiny sonic booms was pretty good, but would not call these beers bold.

Excellent beer in classic styles AND a friendly owner to boot. Looking forward to enjoying another beer there soon.
Great beer and the staff is very friendly! It definitely worth it to stop by.And they like soccer too!
This is a must for Micro Brewery to visit. A lot of brews to try. I enjoyed the bitter I had yesterday.
