Staff was rude, specifically the woman that helped me. If I didn’t answer what I wanted within half a second she would act aggravated and list off all my options. If you’d give me a second to get words out, you’d have your answer. Not only that, but a gentleman was helping me with my first entree and as I’m trying to communicate him she would badger me for my choices on my second entree. I didn’t get my money out quick enough so she was repeating the total as well. Overall not a very customer oriented staff member or experience.

Never in years of ordering from Hot Head have I ever had to complain. Both my little bowls were ice Cold, No chicken, black beans were so under cooked and not drained that my bowl was colored grey. Due to being on white rice. There was absolutely no chicken just full of rice & sour cream. I ordered a queso cheese on it and it had none at all. I ordered a large size of the queso cheese and tortilla chips. I got a small size of the cheese and my chips are completely unedible. They are so stale I wanted to puke. Our food was so cold and disgusting that I can't even eat food I just paid $36 for !!!!

Had a great experience. Workers never care anymore and these guys were goofy and sweet. Really appreciated that when most restaurants act like youre a bother now a days.
Ordered online and asked for it toasted got home it wasn't toasted ave it was cold like cold cold like the burgers weren't even on to keep the shit warm which is crazy because it was wrapped up and tied up in the bag so it should've been plenty warm and I only live 10 minutes away

I normally order in the restaurant, however I decided to have it Doordashed. I regret my decision. When I received the order, my food was not what I'm used to, from Hotheads. To think $54.00 was spent. I asked to have my black beans strained and I could literally spoon the juice out. I asked for extra sour cream. I paid for extra sour cream and I didn't even get the regular portion. I didn't get any sour cream at all. I definitely didn't do my happy dance.

Again and again and again, I order online for pickup and the order is 100% wrong when I get home. I am dumb for continuing to do it. Do not, DO NOT order from here, it is almost comical if it wasn't so frustrating. I'm to blame at this point, don't make my mistake.
