I placed a mobile order because I ordered a fair bit of food. Parking here is good, it's around the back, no complaints. Store looked a bit disheveled but it was also 6pm on a Friday, so that's to be expected. The server asked if I was placing an order or getting Doordash; not if she could help or anything. I was fine with the kinda mid service here, I just wanted my food and to get home. $65 for queso, 2 sauces, 2 sides of chips, a smothered burrito, a regular burrito...
The service I received from Hot Head staff was excellent. I visited at 430 pm on a Monday. I had five orders. Two ladies were working at the time. They tagteamed my orders with ease. They greeted me with a smile when I arrived. They listened to each item I wanted. They had great communication skills. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you ??
Decent Taco join. Kinda like El torro mixed with chipotle.
